Nomura: 2nd Blog Entry in "Message from the Kingdom"

Hey everyone, Nomura added his next blog entry on the KINGDOM HEARTS Blog. Tetsuya Nomura talks a little bit about the promotional video, the process of the new KINGDOM HEARTS title and the command board that is featured in KINGDOM HEARTS Birth by Sleep. This was posted about two days ago. I translated the blog entry below. It seems pretty interesting.

Good morning. Is everyone enjoying FINAL FANTASY XIII? This is Nomura and I'm writing on here for the second time.

This is late, but this entry is based off of the new promotional video that has been shown.

How was the promotional video? We even included scenes from the secret ending. This time we didn't include a lot of scenes from the game, so as a last minute resort, we added the secret ending into the promotional video.

Arranging your deck is a big part of how you complete the game. Collect as many as possible and see what works with you best.

A hard part for me in the game was defeating the "Buckle Bruiser" in the Olympus Coliseum. This counts in a limitation time that the un-versed has to be defeated. It's irritating as much as the "Large Body" heartless.

For the command board, if it doesn't work out, you don't have to reset it. You can upgrade and use your commands as many times. It should be enjoyable for the most part.

We’ve put a lot of different elements into this game, and I really feel that we’ve made it interesting. We only have a little longer before the game releases.

That's weird. Maybe it was my card setup. Of course, it was such a small lag that it's probably unnoticeable to anyone without Aspergers (a form of autism). And I know it was a lag because it only happened every once in a while. Then again, I'm using a GBA SP. Maybe you were playing it on a DS?
