    From the Secret Ansem Reports:

    "What on earth was happening within the hearts of my six beloved apprentices? While pursuing the mystery of the darkness of the heart, could they themselves have strayed into its depths?"

    "No, not only Xehanort. It appears my other five apprentices, believing it was for the sake of research, stared deep into the darkness and were pulled into it. Even, Ienzo, Braig, Dilan, and Elaeus... They have ceased to be human. I, too, have had everything taken away from me, banished to a hollow realm of nothingness."

    And:

    "A great number of Nobodies have lost human form, as have the Heartless. Yet the Nobody born of someone with a strong heart retains its shape, with but the faintest visible changes. It appears my betrayers have retained their human forms as Nobodies, and are gathering more followers in hopes of furthering a new scheme. "Organization XIII," formed of 13 Nobodies with my betrayers at its core, has divided into two; they are said to be carrying out some sort of research."

    They used the Heartless to attack people to force Sora to kill Heartless. They also tried to currupt as many people as possible, to make more heartless and nobodies adding to thier power, and accelerating the process.

    But it doesnt seem to be logical, by doing that they created a forminable enemy in Sora. All they needed to do was be patient. The Heartless would have attacked people anyway. Sora would have killed many heartless. They could have even have helped him. In the end, they would have become human again, and they wouldnt have made enemies with Sora.

    Then thier only threat would have been Ansem the Wise.

    I doubt Riku and Mickey would have tried to interfere with them if they werent doing anything evil.

    Yeah... all Nobodies have strong hearts.

    It seems each of the Organization members think differently on whats logical and whats truly beneficial. They could have did like you said, but apparently they wanted to find their hearts as soon as possible.

    Since they were impatient does that mean they have emotions? Frustation, anger, anxiety...Without these emotions or any other emotions, what reason did they ever have to be impatient?

    I was thinking that, too. Demyx obviously wasn't there to try to kill Sora in the Underworld, anyways. He was told to "use aggression ( OMG - can't spell. XD; ) to liberate his true disposition" or something like that. That could mean anything - even pushing and shoving a little. Then, once Roxas appeared, they could really start talking.

    Plus, would you say that first fight was anything near the difficulty of the second he had? I dun think so. XD;

    But what was he supposed to do once Sora kept on shunning him like that? He'd already failed once where Sora was concerned - two might've been pushing it way too much. If he just left SOra alone, he'd be killed for not completing his mission, so what did he do? He tried to take Sora with force. But this time for real.

    Unfortunately, it didn't work out. D=

    This is an interesting thread - I might try to keep an eye on it... >3>;

    I think thats one of the best parts of the game.

    A guy dressed in an all black cloak reading flash cards which tell him to fight.

    Also notice he said "They sure did pick the wrong guy for this one." just prior to the fight.

    This shows that combat wasnt his specialty. Perhaps mediation was. Either that or he was lying the entire time.

    Well... It's a strange theory concerning their emotions.

    I've always wondered about that. I've always have the philosophy that Nobodies can display emotions that correspond to their personalities but are unable to truly feel anything without the assistance from a heart to actually care. So they're able to stop displaying emotion and become, in a sense, "emotionless" (in the case with Demyx and his "Silence, Traitor.").

    I always thought Demyx was more of the "talk first, action later" type of person. Not a pacifist but a "talk then fight" kinda guy.

    Perhaps. But he seems like a pacifist. He tries to talk to you like a buddy, rather than fight. When you show aggresion, he acts cowardly. When you still show aggresion then he fights.

    And even when he does fight. It he spends a good chunk of the time letting the water silhoettes fight for him.

    I'm not saing he cant fight. He seems to fight very well. But only as a last resort.

    Plus, he was probably aware that fighting Sora was suicide. Keyblade masters are not pushovers.

    This is true, but Yen Sid also said that "If someone with a strong heart and will - be they good or evil - becomes a heartless, the empty shell they leave behind begins to act with a will of its own."

    So, we have contradicting stories. One says that only someone with a strong heart becomes a Nobody, while the other says that having a strong heart makes your Nobody have human form. Considering that Ansem was locked away in the Realm of Darkness when he wrote that report, and admits himself that he knows very little on the workings of his heart, it is hard to know the validity of his statements. As well, considering the ratio of Nobody to Heartless, it is obvious that not every heartless has a corresponding Nobody, meaning that there are specifications on what makes a person a Nobody. So, most likely, Yen Sid has the closer answer to the creation of Nobodies.

    So, most likely, it means that one must have a strong heart simply to have a Nobody born. So, then, what are the necessities of making a human-form Nobody? I agree that one must have a stronger heart than most other Nobodies, but I also believe that there is something else to define a strong hearted Sorceror or Berserker Nobody from and Organization member. Hence my theory that sacrificing your heart plays a role.

    Dusk and other nobodies only act under Organization's member orders, maybe thats why he said that only the ones whit a strong heart can act "with a will of its own"...

    That could be true, except for the rest of his lecture. He talks then about the Nobodies in general, and doesn't get into talking about the Organization until later. Also, just because they act under orders doesn't mean they don't have a will of their own. Unless you are the absolute ruler or anarchist, everyone takes orders from someone else. That doesn't mean they don't have their own willpower. For instance, in the KH universe, when Roxas attacked Sora at Memory's Skyscraper, you can see several Samurai Nobodies backing him up, even though he was set to be killed by Axel and assuredly cast out of the Organization. It goes without saying that if Xemnas wanted Roxas dead, he would have wanted his lesser Nobodies helping him, so he would have ordered they do not. But they did, showing that they would have to have gone against the Superior to fight for their commander.
