Anyway: I dunno, it looks to smudgy and that effect in the neck makes it look funny. The text could be flowed with the sig and not just placed randomly-ish like it looks. But yeah, it sort of looks like you spammed the smudge button. I think you've done better.

The sig's all right, but can be improved. The stock could be brought out better. I'll have to second what HB said, about the smudge tool thing.

Well it's nice, though it could use a bit more color. That's all, other than that, awesome job.

 

The text could use the most work, mostly appearance.

Don't really know why you smudged around his neck. Lessen the smudging around that area.
