Where does it say that it isn't going to be on the PSPGo? The PSP and PSPGo are basically the same thing except the PSP uses UMD and the PSPGo stores its games internally so I'm pretty sure that you can buy it online on PSN.

I assume that people are feeling a little ripped off after they bought a game system that doesn't support a game that is suppose to be for that system.

There would be no point to a UMD if everything was stored internally. And this is wonderful news. The PSPGo is the worst idea ever. For Sony, anyway. I have a Slim, so I'm good.

Umm even if it WAS for PSPgo, you could still get it for PSP. 'For PSPgo' just means that it's on the PSN, which is the only way to access games for the PSPgo. PSP can use both UMDs AND the PSN.

Well, that's the whole issue, you can't buy it on PSN. Allowing purchases of things online requires a whole new set of negotiations for the seller and the company, i.e. royalties, pricing, etc., so some companies won't allow games to be sold via download if they think it's not profitable/can't work out an agreement with the seller. This is apparently the case with Square.

As much of a shame that this is, I honestly never understood the entire PSPgo issue. Why would you buy an iteration of any console that does less than the regular console for more money? In my opinion Sony should have made a limited release of the PSPgo, they would have sold like hotcakes and left people demanding more -- but it would have been mainly enthusiasts who purchased it, which would have eliminated this problem for most people.

Not to mention it'd be much easier to pirate if it was on the PSN, from what I understand.

Anyway, this doesn't really affect me as I don't have either PSP, but eventually I think we'll see BBS being released for the PSP Go.

This, Besides BBS has a strong AP To The Point Where the game won't let it be Played on Memory Stick From What I Can Gather. IIRC I dunno (Correct Me If I'm Wrong)

I Don't Really see a Point on the PSP Go. I Want My Games to actually be on my hand .-.

But Since I Have a DSLite And not a PSP I Won't worry about that :]

Exactly. Here is a small lesson on the PSP Go:

"Games on the PSN cost different amounts of money according to how old they are/demand. Usually they are the same as they would be if you bought them at retail. With a Go you get software called Media Go that you can backup games to your computer. So if you run out of room you can swap which games you want without having to redownload them.

Once you delete a PSN game, you can redownload it for free. It's recommended to backup the game so you don't have to wait an hour or so to redownload a large game. Note that you can't redownload any PSN videos.

Also, just because a game will come out on the PSP Go it doesn't mean it's not coming out for the other UMD-only PSP's. For example:

Gran Turismo, Daxter, MotorStorm Arctic Edge, God of War: Chains of Olympus, Hot Shots Golf: Open Tee 2, Patapon 2, Secret Agent Clank, Twisted Metal: Head On, SOCOM: Fireteam Bravo 2, and NBA 10: The Inside, ect.

All the games above came out on the PSN and on the "mighty" UMD for regular PSP's."

So, why people assume that if it's on the "Go" it's not on the UMD baffles me

Still in my opinion the PSP Go in the present time is useless to most users.. Most of the people still have crappy Internet connections and waiting hours before playing on single game is quite annoying..

Perhaps if it were released some years from now it would have been an huge success!!
