As of now the Nintendo DS has outsold the PS2 which had the original record of most sales. Thought I would share the news.
Would it just be the original DS Device or does that also compromise the newer kinds too, like the 3DS, DS Lite, XL DS and so on?
I'd also like to know this^ At any rate, congratulations to the DS for becoming the next big "fad" I don't have the cash to front out for one, but i'm sure it's an excellent handheld. After all, you don't even have to be a gamer to get one now -_-
In a way, this is kinda obvious, I really like the mechanics of the DS. It deserves it. Nintendo gets to much hate.
The DS is what really got me into handheld gaming. the first DS game I got was Pokémon Diamond and my first DS is still in great condition.
I am honestly not surprised, the ds has had the most Pokémon games on it than any other handheld. It has had 9 RPG pokemon games, 4 pokémon mystery dungeon games and all of the ranger games. Since pokémon is crazy popular, I can't help but think that might help.
