Is the Internet Browser channel any good or is it a waste of munny....

 

I need to get a Wii points card, so if I get one, I might check it out, but there's one title I'm getting, Legend of Zelda: Ocriana of Time, thought I hate the fact that you have to get another controller to play it, it's just a waist of money. Anyway if you want to add me my Wii number is on my sig.

 

How do i find my number and how do i enter urs?
(i got my Wii yesterday so im new at this)

 

I opened mine 2 days ago so I'm new as well, just go to the envelope at the bottom corner on the screen then go to the write message sign and it should tell you your Wii Number. Click the arrow on the right to go to a blank page with lines and click one of them and then it will ask for the person's Wii number and their nickname, you can also send emails to a person, but you have to add them to your contacts.

Ok i learned from a freind that the Browser only lets u go to selected sites by nintendo so its not worth the points

 

For the first few months that the wii was out, the browser was free, now it's like 500 points or something. Truthfully, if you are logged into this forum from a computer, you don't need it.

Also according to my local gamestop, Mario Kart is coming out in April ;)

 

A friend of mine told me that every time a console has been around for 5 years an upgraded version of that particular console is made.

for example after the Nintendo Gamecube had been around for 5 years the Nintendo Wii was made.

Am I right?

Uhh, no, that is completely incorrect, you're allowed to view any website using the Wii's internet browser (....certain "adult only" websites actually started modeling their websites to be "PS3 and Wii user friendly" for the Wii/PS3s user's leisure)

i like the wii... i hate the prices of the games though

 

Their cheaper than the current gen games. Though I find that the pre-owned prices are quite high.
