Yes, I know it's a failure of a sig...... but I would like to improve so cnc away I guess. Oh yeah, it's plain so don't even ***** about that.
It has potential. It is plain. The colors are bad(the skin color doesn't match with the cool colors around it), you have the same problem in this that you had in your first tags, some good affects, no structure.
Actually much sexier. I can really only suggest adding more affects. The sig is simple, I can udnerstand that, but it doesn't feel finished.

I can only suggest vector affects, filters won't do much, C4d won't go with the sig itself, the vector will kind of fit with proper coloring or perhaps clipping masks. The affects are spread so far around the sig, I'd like to see some centralization of any affects you do from now on in a certain part of the sig. If I were you I'd concentrate on the lower left part of Ninja man.
Hmmmm.... Vector..... That's too bad, since I fsking suck at vector >_>. And I hate using brushes.....
If there was more depth to the effects and light, and maybe the stock, I'd say it was a job well done.
