Nightmare Before Christmas []Halloween Town[] {Welcome to the Night Life}

Treat placed one of her hands on her mouth to keep from laughing. She then merged in a shadow of a wall and sneaked up to the roof's shadow. This might be an easy one. I better start lightly.​

 

Denithan sighed yet again, taking the light out of his pocket and flashing it into some of the more dark corners.

 

"What is that?" Treat thought outloud. She dicided not to hide anymore, her curiouseity got the best of her, again. Treat landed quietly behind him and looked over his shoulder at the light. "Can I help you?"​

 

Denithan spun around in shock, his hand reaching to grab the person.

 

Treat could leaned back fast enough to avoid the grab and jumped a couple of feet, but she didnt feel like it was really needed. She paused for a moment and gave out a small laugh, "I would be lieing if I said I didnt intentionaly mean to scare you like that."​

 

Denithan looked at her thoughtfully still a little shocked, the pinkish aura about him growing lightly stronger. "H-hi there..."

 

Treat tilted her head innocently to the side, "I didnt think there was anyone else who could glow like that."​

 

Dein sighed, the pink aura slowly fading as he realised he wasn 't in any form of danger. "i didn't know that either..."

 

"Do you live around here? In town?" Treat asked​

 

"I live wherever..." Dein explained carelessly. "What about you? do you live in this mansion?"

 

"Live, care for, visit, all the same to me," Treats said spinning back, "Guess its how you put it. Whats your name?"​

 

"Denithan..." He replied smilng a little now. "And what's yours?"

 

"Mmmmm, Treat," she said as she spun around and walked up to door that was extremly slanted to the left. Treat opened it and poked her head inside, "But Trick dosent come often."​

 

"Who's trick?"

 

"Mmmm, I cant really say. You'll just have to wait to see her yourself sadly," Treat said as she reached in the dark space in the door. "Where did I put it now? Oh! Here it is," Treat pulled out a small ring. It was a silver band with buterfly disgns engraved in it. "Oh, mind if I ask what that light is your holding?"​

 

Denithan shrugged. "Came with the coat."

 

"And where did you get the coat?" Treat wasnt easyly satisfied about that reply.​

 

Denithan shrugged again. "I forget... i've been to that many places..."

 

"Well then," Treat placed the ring over a shelf and walked back to Denithan, "What do you use the light for?"​

 

"What most light's are used for..." Denithan sighed. "Wait, have you been talking about that pink glow thing i have or the actual light in my hand?"
