So I'm the only one that thinks about how we're gonna have to clean it all up after? I'm not having upholstery that smells of sweat and peoples parts.

With that in mind, someone here has to get Amaury either coming or going, if ya catch my drift.

With that duly noted, where's Saxima?

No, I haven't. I want to though. I've heard pretty good word of mouth though. Can't be worse than his last movie (I actually enjoyed Dark Shadows a lot, but it is bad).

Well, yes. It's the moment that counts.

    He did Dark Shadows? Huh.

Yeah, this one isn't exactly original, but it looks good. Nice flashback to the early stages of horror movies.

Yeah, he did Dark Shadows, but you could tell his heart just wasn't in it. The saving grace of the movie was Johnny Depp.

Yeah, it's an interesting concept, and it's nice seeing stop motion animation in this day and age. It's definitely one ill need to check out. It's a good thing I have a brother whose in the demographic for this movie, so I don't look like a pedo.

I lifted several boxes with five gallons worth of soda (about 35 pounds each) today. I think it's safe to say I am the victor of "day of play." 8')

What about Avatar: The Last Airbender? Or are you too little to know about that?

Well, technically, that's not on Nick, it's on Nicktoons.

It used to be on Nick. Nickelodeon is the company that made the show in the first place anyway.

Dude, seriously? Even my sister hates most of the shows on there. And she's 6. 6! You're 20, and you stay inside all day, while my 6 year old sister actually goes out and draws or does something else. Staying inside doing nothing except PS2 or TV is bad, even if you don't go to school anymore.

This is why Nick has to do this. To get people to go do something productive.

Not that it really does anything. There are still Disney Channel and Cartoon Network.

Well, you have the right to go outside, and I have the right to be inside all day playing games, watching TV, and surfing the web. :3

Besides, it's not like I lay in bed all day. Additionally, I jump around the house every day, and most of the time, I end up being out of breath.

Hero of Time and Amaury, you're both missing the points.

Hero of Time, I agree that the majority of those shows sucks, but there are people watching them. Hence, why they're still on the air. However, not everything on there sucks and even then, that's subjective. Look at Adventure Time on Cartoon Network. I think that's one of the worst shows I've ever seen and yet, look at how popular it is (and its audience isn't even just kids). The only thing that says about your 6 year-old sister is that she doesn't like some of those shows. Taste in shows will always vary. You simply can't disregard every show out there on certain channels just because the ones that you're exposed to suck. Age is pretty irrelevant to shows these days, despite target audiences. It's like that for all media. Just look at the age range of people who play pokemon and other similar video games. Or the amount of fully grown adults that went to see Toy Story 3 (as a 20 year old male, I cried).

Also, Amaury is right when he says that there are other channels. Worldwide Day of Play isn't meant to make people go outside and play, it's meant to motivate them; subtle difference. Yeah, it would help if other big channels did it, too (though honestly, I would have just taken a nap or started playing video games back then), but it's supposed to be more of an inspiration. I also think that Nickelodeon isn't counting on its entire audience being fans of them, Disney, and Cartoon Network, or any other channel for that matter.

Amaury, the reason Nickelodeon is doing this is because it's unhealthy to simply sit inside all day, even if you do jump around. Get some sun, breathe some air, have some sex, do something else. That's what Nickelodeon is wanting you to do. It is your right to stay inside all day, but that doesn't mean that you should. I personally would never give up my TV, though I have several friends who rarely watch it, but it's physically and mentally beneficial to spend time away from it.

It's discontinued on the main channel, so that's why I didn't list it. Besides, I already watched all of the Airbender episodes.... on my computer.
