God, I remember when I loved Nickleback. lol, that was like 2 years ago. I do like the band now, but not loving it. It's great that they're still after a decade or something, right? It's great that they're coming to my city in November, maybe I'll go, I don't know yet.

So everyone that listens to Nickelback is a scumbag? **** you. :/

Nickelback is definitely not pop rock. For a band that's been around for about a decade, they're doing quite well, many of the bands that were popular in the late 90s either disbanded/hiatus or suck, like Yellowcard, Evanescence, or Linkin Park.
And uh...Breaking Benjamin is not that good; I like them but I haven't seen anything new from them in quite a while.

Nickleback is good, they were a favorite of mine before the new millenium, when the song Far Away came, they started going downhill so i lost interest in them, and they became so overplayed, and now the songs sound to much alike.

however, they are going very strong for a band that been going on in the 90's

Care to elaborate just how Breaking Benjamin is any better? Sure, their lyrics might be a tad less vulgar in general but they have contributed no more to the modern rock scene than Nickelback, as far as I know.

I have mixed feelings about Nickelback. They were okay at first but then they started getting full of themselves like U2 by switching to roadrunner and slamming other bands. As musicians I'd rate them 6/10-found a way to sound good without trying too hard. Overall okay.
