The Shock Lock System attack sounds zetta interesting.
Maybe it's a thunder-type attack.

if u can get ur system fixed u can get it through torrents if it doesnt come in america. and to get it fixed, just go to colombia =D
thats where i got 3 of my systems fixed really cheaply.

 

Maybe it will be a special lock on for using magics.

could it possibly be lightning based?

 

Shock Lock might be a mode where you go first person/third person and Zap them with somthing.
Or maybe some kind of special drive, or move.
