New Start

*As they entered the shop Fayte quickly brought out his wallet and walked up to the casier*

"What would like, today?" The cashier askd him cheerfully.

"Hmmm....I think i'll just have a small cookie dough. What do you want?" He asked as he glanced back at Mia.

 

Mia had her eyes set on the double chocolate, but noticed that he had taken his wallet out, "You're not going to pay for me are you?", she asked queitly

 

*Fayte glanced over at her and smiled*
"Don't worry it's not that big of a deal. Take whatever you want" He told her smiling.

 

Mia smiled, she had looked into her wallet earlier and she knew she didn't have enough money, so she gave in and asked for the double choc

 

"And that will be five dollars and 25 cents" The cashier told them as he brought out their ice cream.

"Here ya go" He told him as he gave him the money.

"And heres your ice cream" He told him as he took Faytes money and gave them the ice cream.

"Thanks" He told him cheerfully as he turned and gave Mia her ice cream.

 

dam shop keepers always wanting money... lol

Mia accepted the ice cream and thanked Fayte for it

 

Well they got to make a living somehow lol
btw, i'm going to log off for a minute to check something out

bic: "Common, lets go to the park so we can eat our ice cream there." He told her as he walked out of the shop

 

Mia agrred and followed Fayte to the park

 

"Sooo....how long have you lived here anyways?" He asked her curiously as he took a seat on the parks bench.

 

"I just moved today", she said taking a lick of her ice cream

 

"Oh, really?" He asked in surprise.
"I've only been here a few days....it's been long enough to know this street has some pretty enteresting people." He told her grinning.

 

"Huh?", she wondered, not understanding, did he mean her? or was there others?

 

"Haven't you noticed? This place is full of other people like us." He told her cheerfully.

 

Mia remembered the wind, "There was that mysterious strong wind yesterday", she said responding, "but other than that the only other person I know is that guy I froze"

 

"Yeah, I remember seeing that wind kid, He seemed cool enough" He told her with a sigh as he glanced up at the sky.

 

"So it was a kid", she muttered to herself, but she remembered that the boy she froze wasn't too happy with her, she was sure that if she froze Fayte, he would of avoided her. "Who was the boy I forze yesterday?"

 

"I'm not sure, haven't seen him before." He told her with a sigh.

 

She smirked a little, "He didn't seem to like me that much"
