New songs vs. old songs

to me i think it would be a tie. i listen to both classical and new rock

 

Old music. Less of it sucks.

 

It really depands... cause there are some new songs that sound like old songs and those are amazing - and I really listen to like everything - but I'd have to say old - cause I really don't like rap xD which is more new then old...

 

I say both.Mostn ew songs are awsome.But I still like the classics,and others do as well.So,I'm gonna say in between.

 

Old books & tv shows are ok, but I can't like most of the older music. I only like a few older songs, but mostly what's newer.

 

The majority of the time, I believe underground music is of a much better quality because the artists are producing the music style that they want to produce, and they haven't got record companies breathing down their necks to change their style for popularity and profit. It's why most bands and groups who used to be underground who emerged and achieved mainstream success, turn into complete and utter shite.

On the contrary, most old genres which peaked around the previous decades, are most of the time, if not all of the time, influences for newer generations of bands and groups that we listen to today. I'm not also overexaggerating when I say that the big four were most likely the primary inspirations for many new metal bands. So we do owe older artists quite a lot.

Tana Pandas do love classic rock especially ac/dc,Led Zepplin,Pink Floyd, Etc....

 

If we're talking about Disney Songs, I go with the older songs. Songs like "Can't Wait to be King" and "Just Around the Riverbend." XD There are so many more, but those are the two that just popped into my head.

 

Since I grew up listening to both I can't really choose. HUGVIK LORD OF HUGS

 

The only old music I like is the Beatles.

But some new music, like rap, I can't stand.

I stick to soft rock, and pop.

 

I listen to new songs, but bands always seem to be original when they first start out :\​

 

I have to say both. Sometimes there's really good new songs that come out, that I end up really liking. But I always turn back to the classics^^

 

Definitly new music for me. I really don't listen to anything old or anything like that. The only groups that I listen to are popular today or have been popular in the past few years. I never got into older music, and I doubt I ever will.

it depends on what you mean, i dont like some of the newer music cuz im not into Miley Cyrus, Hip hop , rap, and stuff like that.
