Well, for one, my Photoshop Elements is being a biatch...so I had to use Paint Shop Pro 8...and I'm not too experienced with it...but I tried...so here is the first sig I had made in a while... (God you can tell I'm a n00b)...
You use Elements? >_> Well, the size detracts from the sig. The text placement and font could be altered. Arcanine blends, so that's a plus. 5/10 (Any of the three CS FTW)
Yay it seems everyday I see more and more people using PSP. Cool! I love the background, but I think the color makes it too hard to see Arcanine's mane.

The text vould be better... I dunno, maybe a box with black gangsta handwriting? I think that would llook sick on this, if you also made some adjustments: There's not depth, yout sig is flat. to fix that, blur and sharpen eslect areas, and make the blurred parts darker (To show distance) and the closer stuff sharper. The render is blended in, and it matches the background and effects you got going on here. The size needs work; I use 400x100-400x150 for my tags, but they can be a little bigger. Also, you could add a few more effects N' details and such, because it wouldn't hurt, cause this sig is a little plain and repetitive. Anywayz, good job yo.
