New Princesses, New Door, New Fate

Little fan fic I came up with today, I'll try my best to put up a new chapter every Friday for this fan fic and my Kingdom Fruits fan fic. Please comment, and enjoy! Here's the Prologue.

Prologue: Two People, New fate
In New Jersey, a girl named Eden was on her laptop, typing away to her best online friend from kh-vids.net, AnimeGirl104, or as Eden says, Valerie. Eden and Valerie are very close when it comes to their favorite characters from Kingdom Hearts, their favorite video game, and other things. But all they really wanted was to meet each other, face to face, and meet Sora too, but was that such a good idea? It’s been 11 years since their power was sealed away….

In North Carolina, Valerie was on the computer at home typing to her best friend Eden. Her intentions were the same. But were they good for each other? For the worlds? For everyone? Who would know? But both of these two teenagers were two large pieces in something about to happen.

Beyond the realm of darkness, beyond the realm of light, beyond the realm of nothing, beyond the universe itself, Sora was caged, chains held him to the wall, while the gods watched him with evil eyes, yet they were also scared of him. But why would gods, with control of everything, scared of a boy with a key he can’t even call? Sora was asleep, dreaming of home, of the worlds he explored, of the friends he made, of the times he fought. The gods looked at him, and then turned away to their favorite game, poker. It was the only game where they could talk and watch over the worlds, causing many hardships to people. “The door is still open, those two princesses are still dead, and the boy can’t call his key. Everything is fine, the prophecy has not even given a spark.” A god with hair as white as snow, swishing left and right gracefully. This god’s eyes were blue as the sky. “You are right, but there are still the princesses to worry about.” The god with green grass hair and dirt brown eyes said. “They are dead. No one can revive the dead, not even us, you know that.” The god with red flaming hair and orange eyes said. “But there is the matter of the boy calling for help. His heart is connected to the princesses and his friends; surely he can call to them.” The god with long blue hair and ocean blue eyes said. The other gods shook their heads no. “It is not possible.” The sky god said. But what if their greatest fear, this prophecy, gave its role of life in this story?

 

Here's he first chapter... Weekends get a new chapter each day, and Friday gets a new chapter. And thank you Xephos-san and KingdomKey13-chan.

Chapter 1: Capture
Eden had woken up in the morning sun of a boring school day. She moaned and slowly got ready for school, only to be late and rushing her way there. Best of all, it was pouring rain. Even though Kingdom Hearts wasn’t real, Eden still muttered at how much she was going to hurt Demyx. She was running to the crossing guard as fast as her long skinny lags could run, not knowing the water god was watching over her. The water god gasped at this girl, but for what reason? Eden didn’t know. She stepped on a puddle, knowing instinctively that she wouldn’t sink, but for some reason, like a black hole, it swallowed her, with everything she had. The water god grinned at his accomplishment, but was scared as well.

In North Carolina, Valerie had taken the day off from school, because her mother said so, before leaving her home alone. Even Valerie’s grandmother wasn’t home. Out of pure boredom, Valerie walked outside to get some fresh air. The god of land was under the surface of the crust, feeling Valerie’s footsteps and taking her as she stepped onto the grass. Like the Water god, he was happy and scared.

Eden woke up in a cage, chained by her feet to the wall. All her items she had, such as her school bag and jacket were gone, except she had her school name tag with her heart key chain, her house key, and an old fashioned key. Valerie had woken up beside her, chained by her arms to the wall. Sora was in the same cage, still asleep. “What’s going on?” Eden mumbled to herself. “I’m not sure who you are, but a greeting would be nice.” Valerie said. “I’m sorry, my name is Eden.” Eden said, smiling warmly in the death cold cell. “Valerie. Nice to meet you.” Valerie said. Eden looked at her feet, finding chains with a lock like the ones she had seen in the cartoons, since her hands weren’t chained, she took her old fashioned key, and put the key in the lock. It fit perfectly, Eden slowly turned the lock, and to her surprise, it turned and let her free. Valerie looked at Eden with a glowing face, her turquoise eyes sparkling and her brunette hair swishing away. Eden looked at Valerie with a grin on her face, brown eyes twinkling with hope. Her almost black brown hair swished in its ponytail. Eden, with her legs free, unchained Valerie as well, but they didn’t pay any attention to their power, and their similarities. Eden’s tall twelve year old body then walked around in the gloomy cage as Valerie’s thirteen year old body walked over to Sora still sleeping. “Hey… Wake up, please.” Valerie pleaded, but Sora kept sleeping soundly. After a moment of thinking, Valerie did a somersault in her mind, knowing who this other captive was. “Eden! Do you know who this guy is?!” she yelled, dragging Eden over to him. Eden looked at Sora and then smiled. “He’s Sora, the Keyblade Master.” Eden said plainly, yet yelling in her mind about how cute Sora looked. Eden then snapped her fingers in front of Sora’s face. “Wake up, lazy bum!” she quoted. Sora was still sound asleep. Eden knew after this, she was going to punish herself for quoting Kairi. But how would Valerie and Eden wake up the Keyblade Master?

 

Writing Critique

Okay, two words. "Line," "Break."

It's a bit cluttered in one giant block and it's hard to tell where one paragraph ends and where one begins. Whenever a different person's speaking, start a new paragraph. It makes it easier to read and it'll flow a bit better.

Spellings pretty good. Good details. The Organization as gods is an original idea that I never would've thought of, so kudos. :)

But...

You probably already know this by now, but NO POLLS in the Creativity Corner. If you want people's opinion, all you needed was that "Please comment." Or put a link to the thread in your signature. :huh:

Other than that, I've no complaints.

 

Here's the second chapter! Disclaimer: I own nothing except the gods, ocs, and that's it. Sora belongs to Square Enix, and this new world belongs to Warner Brothers.

Chapter 2: The Eyes of Blue Has a Path Set for You

“How are we going to wake him up?†Valerie asked. Eden shrugged in confusion. She then looked at chains that held him to the wall.
“You know, if it’s possible, maybe these chains have some sort of spell on them which keeps him asleep.†Eden said, taking her old fashioned key.
She put it in the lock then she turned the key and then a bright light came from the chains and disappeared from sight. Problem still, Sora was still asleep. Valerie and Eden were getting a little scared. Why wasn’t Sora waking up?
“Well, we’re stuck here until Sora wakes up.†Eden sighed.
“Why is that?†Valerie asked, sitting to the right of the sleeping Sora.
Eden sat down on Sora’s left. “I don’t know, because he’s got the key to get us out of here.†Eden said. Eden and Valerie sighed. “Hey Val?â€
“What?†Valerie asked, looking as though she was at a beach enjoying the sound of waves and the smell of the sea.
“Do you have an account on kh-vids.net? If you do, what’s the username? Mine is sora is cute.†Eden said, and could’ve sworn that she heard the sound of waves.
“Yeah, AnimeGirl104. I knew it was you, though. It’s just like we wished for, to meet each other.†Now the sound of waves could be heard all around. Sora must have heard it too, because he gave a small moan. “Oh! He’s waking up!†Valerie exclaimed. Sora groaned a bit, back to the floor, his face looking up to the endless ceiling, his eyes fluttered open revealing the eyes of Sapphire.
“Where am I…?†he asked himself, not noticing Valerie and Eden until he got up. “Oh, um… Hi, I’m…†he said, only to be cut off by Valerie.
“Sora. You’re Sora the Keyblade Master. I’m Valerie.†She said with a happy grin on her face.
“And I’m Eden, nice to meet you in person, Sora.†Sora looked at them with a confused look on his face, but gave off his goofy grin none the less. “So, um, can you get us out of here?â€
“Where is ‘here’, anyway?†Sora asked, Kingdom Key coming to his side. Eden and Valerie shrugged their shoulders and shook their heads. Sora sighed and then looked at the door that kept the cage sealed, and he slashed it with his Keyblade, destroying the door and making an exit.
Everyone was running to nowhere, looking for a way out, only to be taken in by a large vortex. Sora was as scared as hell at the moment, thinking he was going to die, but Eden and Valerie weren’t. They were as calm as the sea, thinking of a world that they both knew that Sora didn’t know about, they were all sucked in and were thrown into a world. Leaving as the gods found the cage empty of everyone. Now they were frantic, searching the skies, lands, and seas, only to find nothing.
The trio fell onto the hard cold dirt of a landscape. Two boys and a girl were looking at them with scared looks of what to do. Sora was the first twake up, only to have enough time to ask “Where are we?â€
“You three are on the grounds of …â€

Okay, I sorta lied... I'll put a new chapter up almost every day, depends, but here it is!

Chapter 3: Gryffindors ala mo Part 1
“You’re at Hogwarts.” The girl with frizzy, bushy ginger hair and brown eyes said. Sora couldn’t even say anything; too much of his strength had been sapped away from the chains. He went back into sleep…
On a platform in the middle of darkness, Sora, Eden, and Valerie were standing this huge platform. Eden was on the left of the platform, Sora was on the middle, and Valerie were on the right. And as ironic as it sounds, the platform itself showed three pictures, each of the same person. Eden was on the left of the platform, eyes shut and holding Sora’s hand. Sora was in the middle with his eyes closed, his black, red, yellow, and blue seeming extremely bright in the dark abyss. Valerie was on the left side of this platform’s picture, holding Sora’s hand with her eyes shut, orange shirt and denim jeans making a bright appearance like Eden’s baby blue shirt and black pants.”Where are we?” Eden asked, her voice echoing in the air. “It’s just like Sora’s dream… except, this platform; it has us holding Sora’s hands.” Valerie said. ‘You’re path has been set, Sora. But your friends have yet to find their path with you…’ a voice said, it was male, but it was an unknown voice. Five platforms arose and each having a different weapon floating above it. One platform had a sword, the exact same sword that Sora had in his dream. Another platform had a staff, but not like the one in Sora’s dream, it was a long Bo like staff that had a floating blue orb at its end. Another platform had a yellow bag with kunais floating over it; the other two platforms had a sketchbook with some pencils, and the last has a pair of gloves with a symbol etched into it. Eden chose the Bo like staff and Valerie chose the kunais. ’The path of the mage and the path of the ninja is what you have chosen, good luck closing the door.’
Sora woke up under white sheets, groaning as he strained his eyes and looked around. He was in an infirmary with a boy that had glasses that covered his emerald green eyes, he also had bushy black hair and Sora could faintly see a lightning shape scar. Eden and Valerie were in different beds, still knocked out. Though, they looked just like Kairi when her heart was inside of Sora, sleeping like a doll. Wait, does that mean?! Sora almost gave this kid a bloody nose as he jumped out of bed and almost punched the kid in his face. Sora first ran over to Valerie’s bed, where the bushy haired girl was standing next to, Sora shook her, trying to wake her up. Valerie mumbled something, as she yawned and opened her turquoise eyes. Her cheeks were as red as a cherry, being hugged by Sora as he gave a sigh of relief. The other boy, watching Eden and looked at her as if she was as different as a Blast Ended Skwert, had red hair, brown eyes, white skin and a lot of freckles on his face. Sora pulled Valerie out of bed and ran over to Eden, and then the both of them started to shake her and do all sorts of things to wake her up, only replied by a small snore from Eden. The boy with freckles couldn’t help but laugh. Sora sighed, but was relieved that Eden was alright.

 

Yeah... FMA reference. Either way, They might be going there.

 

That reminds me...I gotta ask.
what worlds are you planning in this story?(I can already tell your gonna use the Fruits Basket world.XD)

Hi everyone! here's the longest chapter that I've typed. Reason I haven't been online was because I'm punished and mom took away the computer, but I'm home alone, so I have a chance. Enjoy the chapter! DISCLAMER: I do not Harry Potter... And does belong to Warner Bros., it belongs to J.K. Rowling.
Chapter 3: Gryffindors ala mo Part 2
An old woman in a white dress and a white cap came over to Sora, Valerie, the other two boys, and the other girl and shooed them away. “Go see Dumbledore, he’ll want to see our new visitors. “She said.
“Thank you Madam Pomfrey!” the three other kids chimed. Sora stood up so he was eye level to her and strongly said
“Will you take care of her?” The old woman nodded and led everyone to the door. But just as Valerie left, she saw a boy whom looked petrified on one of the beds which made her shiver. ‘Not this year, and I bet we’re enemies of the heir… beware…’ Valerie though as she clamped onto Sora’s arm for his protection.
“Enemies of the heir…beware.” Valerie whispered. The girl with bushy hair turned around and looked at Valerie with a stern look.
“The Chamber of Secrets has been opened; enemies of the heir…beware.” The bushy haired girl said. “How did you know that?” she asked. Valerie flinched and looked at the pictures. Sora was confused with everything. The Sora started to give a grin and started to greet himself.
“Hi, I’m Sora. This is—“Sora paused when he remembered how he used to greet new friends with Donald and Goofy, ‘Man… I miss those guys.’ He thought sadly.
“I’m Valerie.” Valerie greeted, still waving hello to the animate paintings.
“I’m Harry, Harry Potter.” Said the boy with raven black hair and glasses that would let anyone see his emerald green eyes.
“I’m Hermione Granger.” The girl with very poofy and bushy hair said.

“And I’m Ron, Ron Weasly.” The boy with freckles on his face said. “Who was that other girl that was with you?” Hermione asked.
“Her name was Eden.” Valerie said. After their greetings and smiles, something else was plotting….
In a book, a boy was confronting a large man that was twice the size of a male adult. The large man had a very large and knotted beard that was black. The boy confronting him took out a stick and held it up and said a few words that could not be heard. A sort of electric energy came from the stick and hit whatever the large man was guarding and a huge spider came from a sort of case and scuttled around to find a way outside as it dodged the various bolts of energy that was aiming for the large spider. The large man yelled to the spider as large tears were falling from his face. The boy smiled cruelly at his accomplishment.
Back at the hospital wing, Eden has just woke up and looked around. Madam Pomfrey came over to her and smiled. “Where are my friends?” She asked sleepily.
“They went to see Dumbledore, the headmaster.” Madam Pomfrey said while helping Eden out of bed. “Oh dear! I forgot to tell them the password! Can you please tell them it?” Madam Pomfrey asked. Eden nodded and Madam Pomfrey whispered the words ‘Sugar Snap’ into her ear. Eden then ran out of the Hospital Wing and shortly found Harry, Ron, Hermione, Sora, and most importantly, Valerie.
“Guys!” she yelled as she ran up to them. Valerie looked at Eden with amazement then hugged her as Eden hugged back.
“You two seem to know each other pretty well. Sora nodded, even though he didn’t know Eden and Valerie well.
“And Madam Pomfrey told me to tell you Sugar Snap.” Eden said. Sora was confused but everyone else understood. They then walked down and up some stairs, making sure they didn’t move, which made Sora stare in amazement, and then the party found the hall with a gargoyle.
Hermione cleared her throat and said “Sugar Snap” which made the gargoyle jump aside to reveal stairs. Everyone climbed up the stairs to reveal a door which Harry knocked on.
“Come in.” an old voice said, Harry opened the door and it revealed a huge room with moving paintings of people, a large red bird sitting on ashes in a golden dish, and all the luxury items that a magical king would have. Behind a desk sat a very old man with half moon glasses, a cheery face, and twinkling eyes. “Hello Harry, Ron, Hermione. Who are your new friends?” After the explanation, Dumbledore took down a very old and patched up hat and put it on Sora’s spiky hair. The hat suddenly became alive and started to mumble.
“Naïve, but has a good heart and a strong will of justice. He knows some magic, but not with a wand, oh no. He does his magic with a key. He is best suited for…. GRYFFINDOR!” The hat yelled. Dumbledore nodded and then placed the hat on Valerie. “Very kind… Very kind, but she does have her weight of burdens. Strong will of good and she is very energetic. She is best suited for…. GRYFFINDOR!” Dumbledore nodded again and placed the hat onto Eden’s head. “Oh, a hermit life, maybe? Strong will to protect others, very smart. Bookworm, but very mysterious too. But she is a kind caring child. She is very protective when it comes to her friends and family, but she is also too strong, for she can’t cry. All in all, she is best suited for… What? Your mind is saying that you’re a very un-active girl too… This is interesting, and a great power is stored inside of you, like that other girl… So Slytherin won’t suit you at all… Best be…. GRYFFINDOR!” Dumbledore smiled and took the hat off of Eden’s head as she sighed relieving that she wasn’t in Slytherin. The old man put the hat back on the shelf.
“Harry, Ron, Hermione? Will you please go to your classes while I attend to these three?” Harry understood and left with Hermione and Ron. “Now that we’re alone, you three should be cautious. Keyblade master, please be careful, for the Chamber of Secrets has been opened. Please be wary of the Slytherins, and if there is a notice of Heartless and Nobodies, notify me immediately.” Sora, Valerie, and Eden were shocked to hear this.
“But Dumbledore, how do you know about the Heartless, Nobodies, and more importantly, about the Keyblade and Sora?” Eden asked.
“That is simple, I have had contact with the King for a long time now.”

 

Chapter 4: Diagon Alley Part 1
“How did you seeing the King?!” Sora asked quite loudly. “That is simple, he took his Gummi Ship to this world during the adventures you had.” Dumbledore replied. Valerie was muttering under her breath about how Dumbledore and Mickey knew each other, while Eden kept hearing little whispers and scratches on the door that no one else could hear, other than her sensitive ears. “But guys, how do you think Mickey is so good with magic? He can’t just only go to one teacher.” Eden said. Valerie nodded at the thought, and then went back to her mumbling, this time, Eden could faintly hear, about the ‘great power’ the Sorting hat had said about. “Dumbledore, if you don’t mind, please let us Muggles join the classes until we destroy the horcrux and seal the Keyhole to this world.” Now Sora and Dumbledore looked at Eden with concerned faces. “How do you know about the Keyhole?” Sora asked. “And how do you know about horcruxes?” Dumbledore sternly asked. Eden paused at her gruesome mistake. Valerie started to worry too. “Because … Valerie and I know a lot, we were blessed by the staff of wisdom.” Eden said. Sora’s mind formed the dream staff that he had dreamed of when he was fourteen. He then nodded, as did Dumbledore, satisfied with the answer. Valerie winked in approval and Eden gave a small smile at her poetic answer. “I will let you work with Harry to destroy the horcrux, but sealing the keyhole is yours alone to do.” Dumbledore said. “Don’t worry, I think I know what it is, and with the knowledge I know from this world, we’ll be sure to destroy the horcrux for good!” Valerie said with a smile and a wink. “I will let you join Hogwarts for a minimum time, you will be treated as guests by the teachers, but students will treat you however they like. Tomorrow, Harry, Ron, and Hermione will accompany you three to Diagon Alley to get supplies. You will only get a few necessities. You three will need wands, an owl, toad, or cat, quills, and parchment.” Eden, Sora, and Valerie nodded at Dumbledore’s shopping list, with Eden memorizing the whole list. Valerie had heard a small scratching from the door and opened it, only to find Harry and Ron toppling over and Hermione looking at Valerie with embarrassment and shock.”Guys, are you up for a trip to Diagon Alley?” Sora asked while he put his hands on his spiky hair and smiled.

Chapter 4: Diagon Alley Part 2
Harry and Ron were knocked out from the sudden fall, but Hermione agreed that she, Harry, and Ron would go with them to Diagon Alley. “But Dumbledore, we still need our wizard money.†Valerie said. Dumbledore smiled and walked over to one of the large shelves and took down a small pouch hiding behind a few regal items. He handed it to Valerie and kept on giving that cheery smile. “Thank you Professor Dumbledore.†Valerie said. Everyone said their goodbyes to Dumbledore and started off to Diagon Alley. Sora was looking around all the shops and poking at almost everything, and even making a few explosions on the way. Eden and Valerie had to drag Sora all the way to Madam Mimkin’s Robes. There, Sora, Valerie, and Eden all got in line. But since Sora couldn’t contain himself to look and touch at everything, so Eden had to hold Sora by the ear. Valerie sighed in embarrassment as she had her robes made. After that, Valerie held onto Sora as Eden had her robes made. The Sora went to get his robes made, though he came back saying he was poked with the needle a lot. “Maybe that’s because you wouldn’t stop moving…†Eden and Valerie said. Harry, Ron, and Hermione led Sora, Valerie, and Eden to Ollivander’s Wands shop. Harry, Ron and Hermione waited outside while Eden, Valerie, and the pain in the butt Sora were getting their wands. Eden started off with flicking five wands, causing a small bit of chaos, and getting a cherry, flexible, 12 inch, phoenix feather wand. Eden held Sora down as Valerie tried out a dozen wands causing quite some havoc, but was given a 13 inch, maple, firm grip, unicorn hair wand. Finally, Sora. After what seemed like an hour trying out nearly a thousand wands, and almost destroying the store, he was given a 15 inch, ash, very stable, dragon heartstring wand. The trio paid kind Ollivander and left the store. “We need a cauldron and a pet.†Eden said, checking off the shopping list she remembered. After buying the cauldrons and keeping Sora away from buying the gold one, they all went to the Owl’s Emporium. It was Val’s idea to go there. Eden thought it was a good idea as well. Sora was looking at the Barn Owl giving him an evil look, then at the snowy owls. Eden and Valerie smiled at Sora’s choice. “Good idea to choose those. Their beautiful, and are very faithful. They’ll deliver the mail easily.†Valerie said. “Deliver?†Sora asked with his gullible confused voice that almost made Eden squeal. “In this world, owls can deliver almost anything! They can deliver things from Remembralls, which tell you if you forgot something, to broomsticks. You ride those for Quidditch games.†Valerie explained, while Sora was looking at this one Snowy Owl looking at him in the fondest way. “I think this one likes me.†Sora said. The owl cooed at him. “I guess the little fella is coming with me.†Sora said. Eden paid the man for Sora’s owl, her own snowy owl, and Valerie’s snow owl. And Eden also secretly bought some leather gloves so the talons wouldn’t hurt their arms. “Last two places are the book store and the place for ingredients. We’ll only need enough for one school year set, because we’ll all be sharing and making sure that Sora has his notes.†Eden said. It took an hour to buy everything, and then they all settled down as they waited for the Hogwarts Express. All that was left of Dumbledore’s money sack was fifteen Knuts, and a couple of Sickles. Hermione counted the money, letting everyone know that they had enough for snacks. “I’m gonna try some Pumpkin Pasty!†Eden said in delight. Valerie whispered to Sora to get the Every Flavor beans. Sora nodded, but confused as ever. As his thoughts bred new questions, the sun was setting, showing that the darkness of night and sleep would envelop this world soon.

Special Chapter Time!

Special Chapter: The Journals of two…
Eden and Valerie were given journals that would open only for them, so they could write what happened that day, so they would never forget. On the train, Eden and Valerie started to write in their journals, saying how much they missed home, and how they’re starting to regret meeting Sora.

February 18, 2007
I miss home. Sure it’s great to see Valerie and Sora, but I miss my mother. I wonder what she’s thinking about. And I’m worrying more then I should, what if the Heartless and Nobodies come back? They’ll destroy my home… I don’t know if I can send a letter by owl, but I don’t to upset her. I’ll show her all the things I did on this new journey. Valerie has told me that the Chamber of Secrets has been opened. Now I’ll have to be more careful then before, and watch my step. Maybe I should stay close to Valerie and Sora from now on. Valerie and I are the only ones who know what’s going to happen. Maybe that’s a good. Thing, but the horcrux… We’ll have to tell Harry everything we know. I’ll have to ask Dumbledore if we could have private lessons for what might come ahead. I hope that we can prevent future disasters.
Eden

Eden’s been looking out the window the entire train ride as she was writing in her journal. I’m not sure what’s on her mind, but like me, she’s probably thinking about home. I’m missing home too… I miss my brother, mother, and my grandmother. I bet we’ll be able to come back… But with Sora still having the Keyblade… I’m not sure. I can’t say that having him around is a bad thing, but the Heartless might follow us. I don’t want to turn into a Heartless, it looked cold. What Sora said about it got me scared… I don’t want to forget the friends I made, the family I have, or who I am. I just wish that when we get home… It will be in one piece.

Chapter 5: The New Students
Eden and Valerie asked Harry, Ron, Hermione, and Sora if they could stay in their own section next on the train next to theirs. “You’ve been really quiet since you’ve written in your journal, Eden. “ Valerie said as she looked at Eden staring out the window. “It’s just… How did we, of all people, get into this? And if we’re here… What’s going on over there?†Eden asked. Valerie didn’t think of that. Even though she hated her brother, she couldn’t help but miss him a bit. “We’ll have a home to go back to… Right?†Eden asked. Valerie bit her lip at this question. She wasn’t even sure if she wanted to know the answer. “And if the Chamber of Secrets is opened, I’ll have to keep my eye on you around the clock. I’ll have to ask Fred and George to put some sort of magical bug on you, or borrow the Marauder’s Map.†Eden said, looking Valerie in the eye with a stern look. “For once… I agree with you. We’ll have to do the same with Harry and Sora. If Dumbledore knows about the Keyblade… Then Tom might know about it as well.†Valerie shuddered at the thoughts of Voldermort controlling the Keyblade. “See? That’s why I’m going to ask Dumbledore to give us private lessons.†Eden said. Valerie’s jaw dropped at the sound of that. “I know, I know. We are going to have a lot of homework on our hands, but we’ll have help from Hermione. We won’t make her do the homework, we’ll just ask for pointers.†Eden said. “But understand that you shall not leave Gryffindor’s tower at curfew. This is going the same way with Sora.†Eden said, sounding like a mother. “Eden… You’re being too protective of me now.†Valerie said. “Val, it’s either my motherly protection, or basilisk victim.†Eden said. “When you put it like that… I’m on your side.â€
In the other section of the train, Sora had just eaten a bogey and slime jelly bean mixed together. He was trying to wash out the taste with the soap bean. Harry couldnâ™t help but laugh. Ron did warn him, though. “Okay, I deserved that. Now I know to always let Ron test it!†Sora said with a laugh. It seemed that everything was going smoothly.

 

I'm very sorry, but I haven't been home for the weekend, and I could barely get time to read, let alone write. I'll try and get things done, I have a busy life.

I would appreciate it if someone made a decent villan for this story that was made up right on the spot. I would like to use my own personal demon Afira, but I thought I would like support from all the people who like my story, here is something you can use. I'll stop offering by next Monday, so hurry!

Chapter 6: An Early Disaster
Eden, Valerie, and Sora retrieved their things while Harry, Ron, and Hermione showed the trio to Gryffindor’s tower. Eden and Valerie were just going to have to remember the password. Valerie and Sora would come to Eden for the password, due to her good memory. Harry had the honor to tell the second bookworm the password. It was ‘Honor’s Trinity’. Hearing the word caught Eden by surprise. The image of the picture Naminé had drawn of Sora, Donald, and Goofy. He must miss them…, she thought. Eden asked Harry if she could say the password to the painting of the Fat Lady that was waiting patiently for the password. Harry nodded and Eden cleared her throat. “Honor’s Trinity.†The painting swung open and Sora stared in amazement. Valerie was the first to enter the hole left behind and Sora followed, Eden let Harry, Ron, and Hermione go ahead, saying that she had to go do something. Her meeting with Dumbledore, hopefully, he didn’t change the password. If he did, she’d just have to ask Professor McGonagall to help her. She walked through all the stairs, pathways, and found a few secret pathways through the portraits as well. After finally finding the gargoyle, Eden cleared her throat and said “Sugar Snap.†Thank the heavens as the gargoyle sprang to life and jumped out of the way revealing those spiraling stairs leading up to Dumbledore’s office. She walked up the spiraling staircase and faced the wooden door again. She knocked on the door, her knuckles making a small thumping sound. “Come in…†the kind old voice said. Eden opened the door and walked into the beautiful room of regal items.
“Yes, what it that you would like?†Dumbledore asked. Eden looked in her pocket for the leftover money that she was given and put the rugged sack on the desk. “I wanted to give this back to you, and I want to ask… Can Sora, Valerie, and I have some private lessons with you on some useful spells for the journey ahead? I know what’s inside the chamber, Albus, and I know what it can do. You tell me and my friends how to defend ourselves, and I’ll tell you what I know.†Dumbledore was in a slight shock as Eden called him by his first name, but nodded. “I’ll ask Hagrid to deliver the letters. I will have the password to my entrance changed daily, and it will be notified in your letters. I hope that whatever you can share is decent.†“It is… Like I said, I’m blessed by the staff of wisdom.†Then a sudden knocking interrupted the silence. “Come in…†Dumbledore’s strict voice had turned back to its sweet melodic kind voice. Professor McGonagall came in; her face was frightened for some unknown reason. “Dumbledore, one of the students… It’s better if you come take a look.†Dumbledore rose up and walked to the door. Eden followed; worried it might be Harry, Ron, Hermione, or worse, Sora, or Valerie. She had to check who the basilisk’s first victim was, or the second. As she approached the huge crowd of students, she saw a student with… Wait, what?! It was a student with a camera, just about to take a picture. What was his name? I forgot. But at least Valerie or Sora wasn’t petrified. She thought as a quiet sigh of relief escaped her lungs. But she now had to stay focused; surely Harry would have brought Sora and Valerie along. Though, something about this didn’t seem quite right at all. It couldn’t be pointed out so easily, so Eden would figure it out after the Quidditch practice Madam Hooch was giving. Eden imagined Sora on a broom; he won’t be able to do it so easily, even with pixie dust. The end of the day had come too soon, and that night, Sora whined in the common room at how hard the homework was, and how much of it there was. Flying lessons were tomorrow and they needed to be up early to get to class. That would be a problem for Sora, but Eden knew what to do. She had some very sugary snacks left over from the train, surely plenty enough to keep Sora hyper for the next day. The night brought good dreams to the trio.

Chapter 7: Flying Lessons of Fancy
Morning came with groans from both Eden and Sora. Eden never liked waking up early, neither did Sora. Even with Valerie yelling at Eden, and Harry yelling at Sora. All their responses were a long, dull, groan. After what seemed like an hour, or forty five minutes, both Sora and Eden got dressed and had cleaned themselves up. Eden had her glasses on, blue rimmed frames; her outfit underneath her black Hogwarts robe was a plain orange shirt with a brown fuzzy sweater over it. Her brown pants and gray sneakers completed her casual look. Valerie chose a bright cacky orange sweatshirt and olive colored jeans. Her sneakers were a pale yellow. When Valerie actually got Eden out of the dormitory; so she wouldn’t go back to sleep, Sora had been half asleep in the large chairs by the fireplace. Eden had collected half of her awake emotions and woke Sora up by giving him a good slap on the head. Her plan worked like a charm, giving Sora a two second jolt of energy. Eden remembered to keep the sweets in her pants pocket today, so she stuffed the sugar into Sora’s mouth as soon as he yawned. He chewed the sugar slowly, and then had what everyone knows as a sugar rush. Sora sprinted with life, awake and alert, looking around the common room. Valerie had the most confused face Eden had ever seen, she couldn’t help but giggle. “Mind explaining?†she asked her mouth agape as she saw Sora doing jumping jacks. “You see, I have a friend at home, who has a cat with claws that can dig into her skin, so she doesn’t get enough sleep. And when she eats a lot of sugar, this is the result. A non-tired friend who will be ready for flying lessons.†“Smart.†Valerie was very impressed. “Let’s go to Madam Hooch! Let’s go to Madam Hooch!†Sora chanted. Eden and Valerie giggled as Ron sighed. “Mates… What did you do to him?†“It’s something we call Sugar Rush.†Both Eden and Valerie said. Ron had a bewildered face, but Harry understood, as well as Hermione.
After walking around with Hermione, Eden, Valerie, and hyped up Sora, made their way outside to the grounds. Madam Hooch was waiting patiently with three brooms placed around her. “Stand on the right side of your broom and clearly say ‘Up!’†she ordered. Eden and Valerie walked over to their brooms and did what their teacher ordered, even though they were Muggles. Sora sprinted toward his broom, and got it up within seconds, after it hit him in the face. Eden sighed as Valerie giggled. “Now mount your brooms and give a good kick. We will just hover for three seconds after my whistle. 1… 2… 3!†she blew her whistle. Eden and Valerie gave a good kick to the ground and hovered for about a minute, then landed smoothly. But hyper Sora kicked so hard, he was fifty feet in the air, then plummeted down, and gave a parachute landing. “Tada!†he smiled in excitement. Madam Hooch sighed and continued with her lesson.
The lessons came and went very quickly, lunch had already come when the trio was done. Sora sat down next to Ron and took as much food as he could eat. Eden took small portions of the soup, while Val pigged out on drumsticks, bread, ECT. “How was flying lessons?†Hermione was the first one to speak, “Since Sora was on Sugar Rush, did he make it out okay?†Valerie didn’t answer, she was way too hungry. “He did fine, but he was a bit reckless.†Eden had taken her time to answer. “Now um… About the other day, that kid with the camera. He’s petrified, I know that much… But what house was he in?†“Gryffindor.†Harry spoke up from reading the Daily Prophet he had gotten this morning. “Do you guys know exactly what’s in that chamber you’re dealing with?†Dumbledore, seemingly hearing the conversation, rose from his seat and walked over to Eden, Sora, and Valerie. “Well, well… I would like to see you in my office after lunch, bring your friends, including Harry, Ron, and Hermione.†He said through his old, yet oddly calm voice. Desert had just come for Gryffindor, the main course was gone, but everyone still ate the sweet pastries and such. Dumbledore, clever man indeed, took a pumpkin Pasty and enjoyed a bite. “I do rather enjoy these.†He said, and then left to his seat. Sora looked at Eden, thinking that the answer would come to him. “Last time, he liked Sugar Snap, this time… It’s Pumpkin Pasty.†Now Sora understood. “Wow, he’s as clever as Yen Sid and Merlin.†He mumbled a bit too loud. “You’ve met Merlin?†Ron said, now looking up from his Pumpkin Juice. Sora was about to nod but Eden gave him a glare that made him say “No, I haven’t… But I’ve heard of him.†Lunch was over and the gang of friends went over to the secret entryway to Dumbledore’s office. “Pumpkin Pty.†The gargoyle came to life and moved out of the way to reveal the spiraling staircase. Everyone walked up the staircases with great care and Valerie knocked on the wooden door. “Come in…†The lessons had begun.

 

Poor Sora. Had a hard time in lessons.
