Anyway I dunno which Starter I want most...

 

This, actually. At first I WANTED Gen III remakes.

But... If they did it, it wouldn't seem right with the 3D Graphics.

I've come to expect sprites from Pokémon, and at first, maybe sprites that could go 3D like Theatrhythym FF seemed like it'd be the logical next step, but since it's 3D... Meh.

If they DID remake them though, I'd have hoped to see them as Sprites. I was pretty excited to see Steven's VS Sprite along with many others. Hopefully if the series is now full 3D, they'll leave the games alone and just include Hoenn Pokémon, if only to preserve the memories in the sprites.

I'll decide which starter I want after I see their evolutionary trees. Assuming images will be released/leaked before the games come out.​

Apparently the new region is based on France.

Also, still not sure about the lack of sprites. I've wanted a full 3D game for forever, but at the same time I liked sprites.
I realize you can only go so far with sprites, and we no longer have the technical limitations of earlier years. It just seems a little sad. I honestly felt the same thing when Professor Layton switched to 3D as well.

 

So does that mean we can run from trainer battles?

 

Can't this be moved to the Thread that's been about Pokemon, since it's about a new pokemon game? And I wanted to show this news......the world hates me.

Anyways, looking at the trailer, it looks like the battling system will be changed a bit, and I like how they're using the 3D graphics. The Legendary pokemon could also be somewhat cool to have. Although, I'm not too sure about the starter pokemon, I guess it's something I'll have to get used to again

 

1) I put it here because more people would see it, and I honestly give no f*cks about post counts.

love the 3d. it looks really nice, but i've always liked the gameplay, i didn't really need this.
