Site News New Owner

Hello everyone,

I am the new owner of the site. Spdude is no longer involved in maintaining websites and has sold the site.

I'm an avid gamer, who has been playing games for over 25 years! (no old man jokes)

I'm not here to change things our cause a stir. I will make some changes though starting with moving the site to a new dedicated server. From my understanding, the site has been in need of a new server for some time.

I plan on being an active member, so feel free to contact me.

I look forward to getting to know the community :)

yeah i hope the db errors are a thing of the past. I hope to have the site moved in the next couple of days. I'll make an announcement when it's being moved.

Well this is a welcome improvement. After all, our previous owner spent a good few years doing god-knows-what in some corner of the internet, leaving us to wrestle with Database Errors. An active owner will be a fantastic change.

I have to say, I wasn't here much but I can tell you that spdude was not a very good owner. I've had the same experience on another website. The owner there just used us to make money from his ads. Then we all moved to a better place.

Glad you took over when you did, can't wait to get to know you :D
