I'm not surprised that would happen . However, I wonder what the new characters will look like. Scratch that they will probably look like Xehanort.

 

Luxord might get a role in KH3 but he shows no signs of Xehanort possesion even riku showed signs of Xehanort possesion like his hair was slightly more sliver and his voice was mixing with Xehanort.

 

So wait he may appear in the new organization or will his human self be a hero?

Idk how much of a difference that makes, if Xehanort wants him on the squad it won't be hard to turn him. His motivations were never delved into so he's essentially a blank slate; he could even willingly join Xehanort for the fun of it.

 

Um, he is likely dead however he probably will get a bigger role I hope in the game as well as Demyx but those other members of the Original Organization are rejected by the New Organization as mentioned by Xemnas himself, also if you are going to talk about motivations then he would likely go to the winning side which I am sure he would think that would be sora ... he whiped a time wielders ass.

 

Actually we don't know for sure who he found to be "inadequate," just that there were a lot of them.

I don't know what makes you think that's how Luxord works or that he'd consider joining Sora's side. Also call me pedantic but it wasn't Sora who did that.

 

I was not refering to Young Xehanort I was refering to Luxord and Xemnas basicly said they were all failiures due to weakness of trust, weakness of will, and another one I forget right now, Luxord would definately fit under the weakness of will catagory.

 

He said "most." And beating Luxord himself hardly tells him which side is stronger; I doubt he thinks of himself as the strongest around, especially considering he avoided fighting personally the first time he encountered Sora and crew.

 

And Guess who was there Saix, Xigbar, and Xemnas himself so I am willing to bet that Luxord Isn't involved. Also He had time powers, if he chooses not to use them on a better level then he used during that fight then is not worthry of a position in the New organization considering they already have a time guy.

 

Saïx, Xigbar, Xemnas... What do they have in common? They were fought in The World that Never Was. Who else was there? Oh right, Luxord. Maybe that's because he made the cut. Anyway, Luxord's control over time may not be as strong as Young Xehanort's, but there's more to him than the powers he exhibits, and having another "time guy" really doesn't mean much.

 

They are all members of the first Organization that is what they have in common, and I know there is more to Luxord if the general abilities of other members with elements is anything to go by I don't see any proof or any signs that he was ever chosen to be a pawn in the great plan to come and technicly they have two time guys assuming Ansem remembers how to do it in the first place.

 

I never thought it that way . I guess that does make sense as to why he is part of the new organization. I mean they had to at least let Luxord know about their plans unless Luxord was just chilling in that weird room oblivious everything his fellow members were doing.

 

80% of the members of O13 had no clue what Xemnas and his trusted advisor were doing and I don't think anyone outside of the yellow eyes and elf ear group knew anything about the true plan ... hell Saix even told Axel that there were other goals Xemnas had in mind and that was all so if he knew anything about them ... He didn't know enough

 

But why can't Luxord be a part of it? For all we know he could joined last minute. Plus, he is a logical choice.

• Marluxia and Larxene were traitor.
• The 4 scientists have already become human
• And we know Axel, Roxas, and Xion are not gonna join

That leaves just Demyx and Luxord. However, Demyx has constantly been labeled as the slacker and is the butt-monkey of the group. So all that is left is Luxord, a member who even outlasted Xigbar (the first member to know about Xehanort) and was still at the World That Never Was.

True, but they didn't seem affiliated with the Organization in KH3D.
