Its brilliant although I don't know who she is or what shes from so I can't tell if her arms are meant to be thin, it seems that way though. Excellent colouring aswell.

Yes, it's rather thin and that's an honest mistake. My bad =P

 

her arms do look a bit thin but overall this is a great drawing.
