New At Anime

ok i'm new at this whole anime thing. After i broke up with my girlfirend (LONGGGGGGG story) i've had tons of freetime(which is better than a girlfriend). So any sugestions on any animes i should start watching. I'm 13 so i won't mind if its MA or Tv14, for intense violence and blood, but a little help please.

5.Death Note

Most of them are on adult swim(cartoon netwok) but Death note is not in america...yet.

2-Ranma old anime soo can be found on Youtube
3-Full Metal Alchemist (not sure on time but it is on adult swim)
