Digital Art Need of critisism

I need help... now I know this will probably look like a piece of **** to you guys but I need help with this also if it is in the wrong thread please tell me.

What I can say right now is you need to get rid of the remaining white border around him and get some kind of a flow going.

Remove the smudging from his face. Also, is that fanart? If it's not made by you, do you have permission to use it?​

 

I mean what's the end result you're going for? A signature?
If so resize it and read tutorials.

 

I'm not sure I've had it for 5 years minimum I make alot of artwork and but I am not sure of this one

Well first I would get rid of the amount of smudging around his face since it is the focal point. If you would like to make a signature then you would have to resize it. Look up some tutorials and practice and it'll be good.
