need help with my computer!!

    my computer wont even start up it just says:STOP:c00000135 then it says user32.dll was not found or something. i cant get into any safe mode and i dont have the XP disk or any thing. im posting this with my psp.

    Have you downloaded software or removed any files lately?

    have you downloaded a program or something ?
    does your PC have any viruses ?
    did you mess with something hidden (cause if you did then that's the reason ) ?

    i might have an answer but you better repair it in a computer shop or somewhere else

    my mom's pc has the same problem ..there's no way you can access it even if we helped you so the best solution is to send it

    actually i think user32.dll got deleted. idk how but now i guess maybe its in my recycle bin. so how am i gonna fix this...? also i ran a virus scan the night before it stopped. it got like 1000000 traces of something then when i restarted it stopped working...

    You deleted something that belonged to windows, and that windows needed to start up.

    yeah but how am i gonna fix it W/O the xp disk or anything? ive looked everywhere on the internet and my computer has been broken for a month or 2 ><

    That would be my guess. And when researching the issue found that the deletion of. w32.dll caused this problem.

    My advice would be to take in your computer to a professional. I would try Best Buy and Geek Squad.
