    I've tried googling it and no body has even checked the cutscene request thread in a while so I'll just go with RVRs answer and try nyaatorrents.^ ^

    If it's in proper context, then check google...or for that matter a site to download anime(you may find different episode quality)

    If it's in the "other" context, well that's gay in a half.

    You could also go to animemusicvideos.org and download some dragonball musicvideos. Download them, remove the music, and you have a bunch of random cutscenes you can use.
