"I wont die here" he used brads body like a spingboard and leapt off of him "you are skilled almost enough to kill me but i doubt one thing that of all things you want me dead. why you ask? because i am the last of my kind and i am old for a wolf but once my kind is gone where will your business go hmm? but i say you are skilled no one has inflicted both injuries to my arm and my throat but like all others they will heal." he sped off knowing no human could keep up with him.

 

Brad stood up, "you run, but you will make a nice addition" he walked away, he walked to his usual hide away and looked at a glowing red pelt on the wall "soon you will have company.... soon" he mumbled, thinking of his next target

 

"do you feel better now?" she asked phenox.

Xaid then remember who luxy was.' the prince of fox's...i have seen him and his family once' he thought.

 

Luxy heard what the wolf said he was the prince but that did not mean he had to act like one. The foxes worry seeped out of his mind as he pranced feeling the wind on his orange fur. The fox still had thought about the hunter but the man was far away and the chances of running into him was slim. "this world needs an field of flowers" Luxy said to himself as he looked at the clear blue sky.

Sesi was curled up with his fluffy wait tail covering his face in the cold walk in freezer. The cold spine chilling air felt nice then some kids walked in. the humens looked at the animal the illusion was not set cause the arctic fox was asleep. "the fur looks so buetifull we do need some money" one of the boys said to the others and the others agreed. Oppening his eyes Sesi saw the boy come towards him with an knife. "so foolish" That was the only thing the arctic fox said to the poor boy before the arctic fox bite and ripped an big chunk out of the boys neck.

 

" im still worried about luxy..what if the hunter comes looking for him and since he is hurt he could be slower then usual and the humter might get him..." Xathabat muttered and looked at the sky and sighed wraping her arms around herself feeling cold.

Xaid lowered his head."he has survied so far, you should trust him and not worry so much.." he said trying to cheer Xathabat up.

 

Phenox nodded. "yeah... thank you...." he tried to walk, but his hind legs gave out and he fell. "damn... still too weak..."

 

Xathabat went over to phenox." why dont you just rest." she said softly and peted his back.

 

Brad walked out of his house, he had changed his clothing, he had put on woodland camouflage, he walked to the edge of town, the only part of him that was unchanged was his armored left arm he would wait till night time to finish his hunt

 

Phenox sighed. "i suppose you're right. sleep is the body's greatest ally..." he curled up on the ground and went to sleep.

 

Xathabat smiled and kept petting his back she looked at Xaid." you are the one who has been watching over me, can i please know your name so i can thank you properly?" she asked with a soft tone.

Xaid bowed." im Xaid. and its no problem.." he said with sorrow. 'its what i can do since i burned down your house..and killed your family leaving you all alone..' he thought sadly as he drifted off into sleep.

 

Sesi took his time taking his strides out of the freezer there body of the boy was bleeding in the freezing sanctuary. The other boys backed away from the fox Sesi simply did not care if one chose to mess with something death was always an posibility. Blood was on his white fur as the arctic fox walked out of the building.

Phenox was breathing deeply as he slept. he dreamed of his tribe in the good days. the days where he was a young fox. he remembered where he fell in love with a human girl... but he never met her.

 

Xathabat stared at the sky.

 

as soon as night fell blood knew he was at an advantage in wolf form since he was black anyways he found 2 fur traders and butchered them and brought their bodies back to his cave to eat.

 

Brad crept through the woods, he knew a glowing wolf would be easy to shoot at night...

 

Leon was at his apartment studying the blood. Looking at some very old records of foxes the dna matched. "hm interesting" the young scientist stated as he wrote down notes. Deciding to send an email to an fellow scientist. "i have an fin sample of what is suppose to be fox blood im willing to discuss my findings with you" the young scientist typed down onto the email. Yawning before he clicked on send with in a few seconds the email was sent to the other scientist.
