Naruto: Silver Bell of the Hidden Sound

-Hidden Base-

"It's good to see you both are safe. Disappointing that you cant locate a little girl. Now it seems we are really only missing Kai. Any clue where he went you two?"

-Hidden Leaf-

Kai looked over at Gaara. "Kazekage, I believe you wanted to know about the battle." Kai looked down towards his ramen. "It was a loud one for sure. It was originaly just an organisation girl who used a butterfly Jutsu. The shinobi girl seemed like she new powerful genjutsu. 2 more organisation members appeared with bizarre abilities. What a wielder of the sun, the other, the two tailed jimchuriki. The battle went on until two more shinobi joined and a girl released a genjutsu making the organisation fall to their feet. They escaped. After that, I journeyed here." He took a bite of ramen.

 

~~~HIdden Leaf Village~~~

Gaara listened quietly, blowing on his ramen and taking small bites. "I see...so this organization that threatens us holds the Two Tailed Jinchuriki from the Hidden Cloud." Naruto paused, "Wait a minute...you caught sight of their jutsu's? But you didn't see their headbands? Any indication where they were from?" Kakashi sighed. He was being ignored and it kinda made him sad. "Naruto...it could've been anyone. People from all the villages have been dispersed to look for this girl. If a Fifth Great Ninja War were to break out...she could be the thing that changes the tide for any of the nations."

~~~Hidden base~~~

Sena shrugged and left to go to her room. Nabarashi stood beside Ritski, getting his head scratched like he was the Two-Tailed cat. "He said something about ramen in the Leaf Village...and took off."

 

~Hidden Sound Village~

Ichiro held his hands up in a defensive manner showing that he didn't want to fight. "Don't worry, my mission is to protect her, that's all." He chose to leave out the other part of his mission since he didn't want to start anything.

~Hidden Leaf Village~

As Kaito continued to watch the scene unfold at Ichiraku, he noticed that the ANBU that were there had vanished at the hokages command. Guess whatever was going on there was solved. He thought as he resumed walking through the village.

~Secret Base~

Reiji walked into the base without saying a word, not even anything abut the pile of dead, bloody bodies on the ground. Typical. That was the one thing he thought about the scene in front of him.

 

-Hidden Leaf-

"The headbands were mixed and I sadly cannot remember seeing them." Kai took the bowl of ramen and shoved it in his face swallowing the rest of it. He looked at Kakashi with dead eyes. This man seems to know something about me. I need to be more careful and just get out of here. His glance turned to Naruto. "Well, Hokage, it was a pleasure talking to someone with so much light in their heart." He pushed his chair back and looked at Gaara and Kakashi. "Nice to talk with the Kazekage and... Kakashi was it?. Yeah, so, is there anything else I can do for you before I head back home?"

-Hidden Base-

Tsukiko waved at Reiji. "He went out to eat ramen. I seriously don't like that guy." She closed her eyes and then went into shock. "Wait! Hidden Leaf? Apparently both the Kazekage and Hokage are meeting there. That ******* could blow our whole operation if he gets caught. Ritski, what should we do?"

 

~~~Hidden Leaf Village~~~

Naruto frowned at his ramen, his brow furrowed as he thought intensely...probably harder than need be, "Hmm...uh...um, well...ah I had it a second ago...what was it..." Kakashi kept silent, his single visible eye showing humor towards Kai, "Not at all...but the next time you decide to drop by unexpectedly...at least inform the main gate first. We might just think you're a spy..." Gaara set down his half eaten ramen and stood, "It's hard to imagine someone all the way from the Land of Water would come here to the Land of Fire just for ramen." Naruto frowned at his sensei and friend, "I told you before, Gaara, Ichiraku's is the best! Plus...I haven't met the Mizukage...I haven't met many Hidden Mist shinobi...except for Kisame..." he closed his eyes for a moment, a look of utter despair settling on his face before he opened his eyes again and grinned, the brief look of despair fading rapidly, "It's nice to see some of them are friendly. Uh...what was your name again?"

~~~Hidden Sound Village: Orochimaru's Ruined Hideout~~~

Yasuzu wobbled and leaned on the wall, "You say your mission is to protect her...but how do we kno--" "That's quite enough, please, Miss Cloud Kunoichi. I...I don't like fighting. Please...sit back down." Rei smiled at Ichiro, "Your name...is Ichiro, correct? What village are you from Ichiro? If these two are from the Hidden Cloud...then you aren't from the Land of Lightning..."

~~~Secret Base~~

Ritski found a sweet spot on Nabarashi's head and watched the young boy lean into his hand, "Do not panic, Tsukiko... Kai will return and our location will remain a secret. Besides...don't you think I'd thought of if any of you were captured? I trust you all not to speak...because...if you did...this organization, based on dreams from each and every one of you, would fall apart and those dreams of yours would die with it. And...you remember the pill I had you all take when I was certain you would join and stay. Kalasu watches all of you...if he were to sense one of you were about to break...that pill would release a deadly toxin that would immediately kill you."

 

-Hidden Leaf-

Kai looked at Naruto an smiled "The name is Kai." Kai turned to Gaara. "You would be amazed at how often people stop by in the Land of Water for our dishes." Kai began to walk out of the shop until he stopped. His face was still looking outside. "If any of you know an Ino Yamanaka, tell her I say I am sorry." Kai leaped off into the forest.

He began to speed off towards the Organisation Hideout. He did this a swiftly as he could being that he had wasted time chatting with his enemy. Stay away from the Organisation Naruto. I don't want to kill you. Please let the message get to Ino as well.

-Hidden Base-

Kai leaped into the base with the others. "Hey there everyone. Sorry I am returning as thunder this time. I went to eat some ramen and deliver a message." Tsukiko looked at Kai with disgust. "You are arogant. This meeting was ment to happen a while ago." Kai snarled at Tsukiko.

 

~Hidden Sound Village~

Ichiro nodded when Rei said his name. "Yes, I'm from the Hidden Waterfall." He replied.

~Hidden Base~

Reiji gave Tsukiko a returning wave, showing that he'd noticed her, other than that he remained silent. As long as you don't do anything to get yourself killed. He thought as he folded his arms and waited for the meeting to being.

 

Hinata smiled as she followed Naruto and the gang to the ramen shop. She smiled lightly and blushed every time Naruto spoke.

Kenji haulted as the stranger came in. He stared at him, unsure of what his story is.

 

Ino walked around the leaf and noticed Naruto, Gaara, and Kakashi all outside the ramen stand. "Hey guys, what are you guys heading off to? I presume sense you are together you are about to journey off."

 

Secret base

Ritski clapped his hands together and from the ground erupted a giant statue...the Gedo Statue. "I've spent a long time trying to acquire this...and finally...I've made the link. Our plan has nothing to do with the Akatsuki's plan before. No...we're not going to gather the Jinchuriki's...obviously everyone has to chase after them as if they're important everytime they're kidnapped. So, instead...we'll capture the Five Kage. The strongest shinobi in all the Five Nations. Since...nobody cares about them...right?" Everyone stared at him like he was growing fungus out of his skin and had grown a tail. "You're so stupid..." Ritski kept smiling like a child that had discovered how to write his name in the snow without using his fingers and casually backhanded Nabarashi, sending the young Jinchuriki flying into the statue with a horrifying crunch. "Any questions?"

Hidden Leaf Village~

Naruto, Kakashi and Gaara glanced over at Ino and back at each other. "Nah, Ino, why would you think that?" Kakashi scratched his head, "Actually...I think our two Kage should go with Ino and find Shikamaru. Your mission from yours truely. Okay? There's a...little delema in the Land of Frost over in the Country of Water. Since Naruto thinks it's perfectly okay to travel large distances without regards to anything else...we'll send you four to handle the problem personally. Oh and Hinata will go too."

 

Hinata was in a bit of a daze, that is, until Kakashi called her by name. She blushed, happy to go on another mission with Naruto. She got this feeling, that somehow, the mission was going to be very successful. "Y-yes, sir," Hinata said quickly. She picked up her ramen bowl, which was slightly shaking in her fingers, and drank down the remaining broth. "So, w-when do we go?"

 

Kai's heart jumped. I can attack Gaara and the other Kage, but I do not think I could confront Naruto. I will lay low on that. "When do we begin? Will we be targeting them 1 by 1 with all of us, or are we going to break apart to capture them at once?"

"For once you have a good question. Yes, Ritski, how will we be doing this mission?"

-Hidden Leaf Village-

"That sounds fine by me. I don't believe I know where Shikamaru is however." She started to think of where he might be then she remembered why she went there in the first place. "Oh, Naruto, was there some sort of trouble here? I heard people talking that an outsider came and stirred up trouble."

 

Secret base~

Ritski ticked off on his fingers the number of members he had. "We'll send you off in pairs. Tsukiko and Nabarashi can head off to the Land of Water for the Mizukage. I've heard she's a beautiful woman that uses the rare lava style. Kai and Sena will head to the Land of Wind for the Kazekage...some young Jinchuriki I think. I've heard he uses sand as a weapon. Reiji and Kalasu will head to the Land of Lightning for the Raikage. I'll go to the Land of Fire for the Hokage, myself."

Leaf Village~

Naruto rested his arm around Gaara's shoulders and practically dragged him out of his seat and down the road, "Nah...just some traveler." Gaara frowned at his lack of concern over their visitor. Naruto was a laid back person and Gaara would never challenge his thoughts that every person was good deep inside, but a feeling of dread ate at him.

 

Secret base~

The Raikage huh. Reiji thought. Aside form him being a Kage, he knew that defeating him was going to be no easy task. I wonder how much fun I'll be able to have?

 

Kai had to speak out to Ritski about the Hokage and Kazekage. "Ritski, while in the Hidden Leaf, I saw the Hokage. He is with the Kazekage. I presume this means it will be the three of us traveling to capture those two." Kai then looked over at Sena and winked. "Looks like we are together again Nectar."

"Oh fun, I get to go with the kitty cat. This will be fun indeed."

 

Secret Base~

Ritski scratched his head, "Well then I suppose...I'll have to find a way to bring the Hokage back to the village. Things are no fun if I've got help. I think...I'll still go to the Leaf Village...maybe destroy a few things...take something precious to him..." Excitement brimmed in his eyes, "It might be really fun. I can't wait. I've heard so much about the Five Kage's...I wonder where their breaking points are..."

Nabarashi picked himself up and dusted off his clothes. He was already healing from the blow from Ritski...but it didn't help the fact that he'd angered him. "The MIzukage....is not a Jinchuriki. Their Jinchuriki...was killed a long time ago...so I've heard."

Sena set her delicate hands on her hips and waved off Kai, "What about the Tsuchikage?" She felt Ritski's eyes turn towards her, "He uses the rare Partical style...I will not have any of you going against him without me. We take him together. You all wouldn't stand a chance against that. What he's got....it's better than a kekkei genkai....the kekkei totai." (didn't spell it right: when a shinobi can take three different chakra elements and fuse them together to make something else like the Particle style uses Earth, Fire and Wind).

Hidden Leaf Village~

Gaara endured the torment of having Naruto lean on him. He still considered himself lucky to have made a friend like Naruto. The four of them, Naruto, Gaara, Ino and Hinata rounded a corner and found Shikamaru with Choji relaxing on a bench eating chips. "Hey, Shikamaru! We've got a mission! So hurry up and get your lazy @ss in gear!" Shikamaru lifted his head from looking up at the clouds to frown at them. "Hey, Naruto! Hasn't anybody ever told you it's rude to start yelling at someone for no reason?!" Despite saying that, he waved bye to Choji and walked over to them, hands in pockets. "Hey, Ino...HInata. Um...what's Lord Gaara doing here?" Naruto grinned, "He's coming with us on a mission." The look on Shikamaru's face was priceless...pure shock. "What?! I can understand Naruto...being the impatient little runt that he is, but the Kazekage?! Are you sure?" he asked Gaara directly. Gaara wasn't surprised the man could talk to him so easily. He'd spent enough time around Temari to probably be used to all three of the Sand Siblings. "I'm sure. I consider it a learning experience to go out on a mission with our allies." Shikamaru's frown only deepened.

 

Hinata became a bit nervous between the exchange of Shikamaru and Garra. "It's not, um, that bad of an idea. I believe that Naruto knows what he's doing. And it's not like this is like our normal missions." Her voice was soft, doing her best to keep the group level headed.

 

Hidden Leaf Village~~

Shikamaru looked up to the clouds and smirked, "Didn't think Naruto needed a babysitter. Are you coming with us, Shiina?" Naruto looked around hastily, "Huh? Shiina? Where...?" He followed Shikamaru's pointed finger to the trees and found the ANBU female member crouched there, obviously not trying to hide anymore. "You found me easily, Shikamaru Nara. I'd expect no less from someone like you. But...n-no, I was not assigned the same mission as you. I'm here to keep an eye on the Hokage. I'm here only for his protection." Her cat-like mask kept her face hidden as she turned her head from one member to the other of their group and landed on the ground, kneeling at Naruto's feet. Naturally Naruto blushed from embarrassment, "Shiina... First of all...I don't need protection. I'm the Hero of the Leaf! And second...you don't have to wear that mask around me. I already know what you look like...and these are my friends." He grinned at her like it was nothing while Shikamaru rubbed his face. "The ANBU wear those masks to hide their identity from everyone...they don't even use their real names. Naruto...send her back..." Shiina stood, "If it is what Lord Hokage wishes...I...I cannot obey." Everyone stared at her as she set her hand over her heart and bowed to Naruto, "Lord Hokage, I have been ordered by Lady Tsunade to keep an eye on you for the duration of your time outside the village. I will not leave." Naruto's smile faded, "By Grandma Tsunade huh? Well...I guess I can't make you go back to face her. Ah, what's one more, right Shikamaru?" Shikamaru took a step back, "Wh-what are you asking me for?"
