I have mixed feelings about this sig. =/
Text doesn't really blend (I know this because I have the same problem. xD )
I really suggest that you either give Naruto back his color or give him an orange tinge so that he matches the rest of the sig. Maybe make the border a little smaller? I dunno, that doesn't really bother me that much.

Well, he's kinda supposed to stick outta the sig a bit.

That's why he is black and white.

The border is a bit fat, but it took me a while to make it so I'll leave it.....

I'm not good with text, so I just used the Original Naruto Text.

Lol, I didn't mean the text type, I meant the way the text is just put in there with no blending style. Also, it's okay for the render to stick out, but it should still match the rest of the sig...

It's one of "Those" sigs. The space overall is nice. The text with a bit more blend would be better. It could have more effects though.

You went about this all wrong; You tried mixing too many styles/ideas xD.
Your border is huge, the splatter is very slapped on, and the stock is totally out of place. Also, the shine/gloss' opacity is waaay to high. Lower that, and take it off of the border.
I say smudge this tag, then run the luquify filter, and displace. Erase what looks bad. Blur places for depth.
