Naruto Shippuuden

Yep, the new Naruto is among us, and it's about fricking time. All the fillers drove me away from Naruto and I got bored of it.

But I saw the first 2 episodes today, that were aired yesterday (fansubs are now out) and my Naruto Spirit is back. It was awesome, I was surprised with the beginning since that is a scene that isn't suppose to happen for ages, but i guess they did a little preview since it's been ages since Sasuke has been in it, and won't appear again for a while.

Any thoughts on the new season so far?

 

I just saw it this morning and yeah, after all those fillers i thought my spirit was broken. But that was awesome!!!

I was rather surprised by the opening scene myself, When I first saw Sai, I was like, "This isn't supposed to happen for like, another 50 episodes!=O"

 

It's fiiiiiiiiiinally back. =DDDDD

My faith in Naruto has been restored.

 

I was so happy! NAruto isnt so annoying any more!

 

I champed it out and watched all the fillers, and when I saw these two episodes, even though I watched them raw, I was amazed. I'm so glad it's back.

 

Yeah, I watched them twice. Raw and subbed. (Raw had funny commercials...=D)

Even Raw, which I couldn't understand at all was...wow. I don't think I've ever watched something that I had no idea what was going on for THAT long.

 

Yeah I'm glad the good animation is back, it's smooth and the musicial score has improved alot, the show has become far more mature, and Naruto isn't annoying anymore, thank god.

 

Yeah, the music was what got me a lot. I hope they continue to use those themes...

(That one right before Naruto attacsk Kakashi was the best:p )

 

I love the new season! It was FINALLY time for the time jump, I couldn't wait any longer! ^_^

I gotta listen to the music again. ^_^; I don't listen to it normally.

 

Wow. O_O I didnt know you guys thoght the normal Naruto was that anoying.

 

Oh yeah he was mega annoying, he was seriously the most annoying main character i've ever noticed, things he did just got on my nerves more then normal. But i'm so glad he has matured in the series.

 

i couldn't keep my mouth closed when i saw Sai. I'm like "WtF MaN?!" but that part was awesome. That Sasuke part was pretty cool too especially when he was in Naruto's mind.

Its amazing that Sakura became a chuunin, looks like she isn't worthless and pathetic after all.

I can't wait till the new episode alhtough i already know what is going to happen.

 

Hey, am mistaken or wasn't sasuke supposed to do that sword chidori thing before entering naruto's mind?

 

The beginning of these first episodes was just a little tease as to what's ahead. That wasn't everything that happened in that part.

 

I cant wait to see all the other people. i especially wanna see if ino actually amounted for something since she's finally admitted her worthless-ness before the shipuuden started. i also wanna see some of naruto's new moves in action.

I think it's awesome so far. I stopped because of the fillers and lost interest, but after watching the first few minutes of Shippuuden, I'm addicted to Naruto again.
Akatsuki rocks. They're all very strange, but really cool.

Now that these episodes are coming out,

Naruto competes with One Piece for my favorite anime spot.

 

An episode that has nothing to do with the main story/plot. It essentially 'fills' up the episode slot without advancing the story. People usually hate them when they go on for long periods of time, kinda like what Naruto did.
