Ino made a clicking sound with her tongue in annoyance and said, "Rayce, could you leave for a moment? I want to talk to him alone."

 

''Ok..''Rayce said,as he jumped up and ran across a few buildings

 

"... I'll tell you later Ino." Hayate said, hoping that Whenever "Later" came around, He would already have a lie ready.

 

"No, I want to know now," Ino said. "We're alone now, so it's okay..." Her tone of voice sounded slightly emotionless, but her eyes showed she was concerned.

 

"...Listen, you should be more worried about Sasuke right now, not me. whaddya say we go look for him one more time? who knows maybe we'll run into him this time around." Hayate Suggested.

 

"But I care about you," Ino said, before she could stop herself. She widened her eyes at what she just said, as she hadn't wanted to admiit it.

 

"Yeah well.... i care about you more. And if Finding Sasuke is what it'll take to make you happy, then I'm ready to hire a whole Team of Top-rank ninjas to go out and look for him. So, let's get going Already!" Hayate said to her.

 

"Look, forget about Sasuke for a while," Ino said. "I'm not happy if I'm worrying about you, so unless you tell me what's bothing you, I won't be."

 

Hayate had to think of an excuse and FAST, seeing as how Ino just wouldn't let it go. ".... My cat died... his name was Rocky and i loved him very much. I didn't want to tell you cuz i didn't want you worrying about me."

 

Ino was silent for a moment, as if thinking over what he said was the truth or not.

 

Hayabusa came flying towards them. Then Hayate read the note and sighed. "It looks like Tsunade hasn't seen him either." Hayate said.

 

Ino turned and said, "I need to be alone for a while...is that okay with you?"

 

Hayate nodded. "I'll be over at the training grounds taking a break if you need me." He said as he started to walk away.

 

Ino glanced behind herself at him before running off into the village.

 

As hayate was walking he mumbled to himself, "Might as well start looking for another bride...."

 

Ino walked into a store, and a little later, came back out holding a package. Then she walked over to the training grounds and called, "Hayate, where are you?"

 

"Over here!" he yelled from a tree he was laying in.

 

Ino walked over to him and raised the package. "Here, take it," she said.

 

"What's this?" Hayate asked.
