"Sure," Ino said, as she walked out of the ramen shop. "I have no idea where Sasuke could be though."

 

''Most likely avoiding you''Rayce thought to himself''let's go then''Rayce walked out the shop

 

"Well if it helps he's not in the forest anywhere." Hayate said as he walked up. "I already checked there for ya." hayate waved at them.

 

Ino's eyes lit up when she saw Hayate as she smiled and waved back. "Hey, Hayate," she said. "You were searching for him in the forest for me?"

 

Hayate scratched his head and chuckled. "Well yeah i said i would help didn't I?" He said as he grinned at her.

 

"Yeah, well, I didn't think you'd try to help...so fast," Ino said. She was glad that he was helping her, but she didn't want to show that she was that pleased. "But thanks anyway...but if he's not in the forest, and not in the village, where could he be?"

 

"Yeah well um... i had nothing to do okay?... Anyway... maybe he's out on a mission?" Hayate suggested.

 

"How long do you think it'll take if he is on one?" Ino asked, sighing.

 

"Depends... Maybe we could go ask Tsunade? If Sasuke's on a mission then she'll know all the details." Hayate suggested without his usual cheerful manner, seeing as how she was so concerned about Sasuke.

OOC: If you didn't know Tsunade is the current hokage.

 

"Good idea," Ino nodded. She noticed he was sounding a bit...unlike himself, but she didn't think much of it and said, "Let's go see her."

OOC: Okay, thanks because I had completely no idea who she was. lol

 

"I've got a better idea." Hayate whistled a small tune, and immediantly a hawk came flying. Hayate wrote a note, and attached it to his leg. Then he realeased the bird. "This way we can ask Tsunade without having to go and see her. Hayabusa will come flying back in a bit an we'll have our anser.." Hayate said.

 

"Wow, that's pretty clever," Ino remarked, impressed.

 

Normally hayate wouldve smiled and said something along the lines of "Nah, it's nothing really." But Deprived if his Usual Cheeryness, he just Nodded and said "Yeah..."

 

"Hayate, is something wrong?" Ino asked, turning to him. "You seem...a bit depressed."

 

Unaware of how gloomy he had been acting, He suddenly put on a fake smile and started to laugh. "who me? nope nothing wrong here!" he said smiling at her

 

Ino raised an eyebrow, unconvinced. "Something's bothering you, Hayate," she said. "What is it? You can tell me..."

 

"......."

"well...." hayate started. He then looked skyward. "...Oh look! Hayabusa's back!" He said as the falcon flew towards them.

 

Ino glanced at Hayabusa and sighed. She was wondering about whether Sasuke was on a mission or not, but she was more concerned with what was wrong with Hayate at the moment.

 

hayate read the note.

"Hmm it seems as though Sasuke's not on a mission right now." Hayate said to her. Hayate wrote another note and sent hayabusa off. "I asked Tsunade if she know's where Sasuke is. Hopefully she does." Hayate told Ino.

 

"I don't care about that right now," Ino said, testily. "I want to know what's bothering you first." She crossed her arms, almost impatiently.
