Mylachia's Story Chapter 7

FINALLY!!! It's up!!!! Sorry it took so long guys...I have been really busy with schoolwork, and church and other countless things. But the good news is that...THE 7th CHAPTER IS UP!!!!

Chapter 7

“So...” Mylachia looked up to see an old man standing beside her. He was about 50 years of age, was bald, and had an apron tied around his waist. He continued on. “What can I get for ya, kid?”

“N-nothing, sir...I-I’m fine,” Myalchia replied, realizing that he was a waiter. The man just smiled and started to walk away. As he did so, he said,

“All right. Suit yourself.” The man waved his hand and went on to the next table.

Mylachia just sat there, for what seemed like hours, just looking in front of her. She tried to ignore the noises around her, trying to recollect her thoughts. All right, so my brother was kidnaped by two men, my mother was almost killed. I learned how to use the keyblade, met Magdalena, and...that man said that he would take care of De–

“Hey, Mylachia!” Mylachia turned around to see Magdalena standing in the doorway. Magdalena’s face was strict, and she was holding something, a sleeve, in her right hand. “This...kid, says that he knows you.” Magdalena then pulled the sleeve with her into the bar. The sleeve belonged to a boy. He was about Mylachia’s age and had shaggy, brown hair, along with brown eyes. He had a black and brown hoodie on, with blue jeans to go along with it. When Mylachia saw the boy, her frown turned into a huge grin.

“Devyn!” Mylachia quickly got out of her seat, and hugged the boy. He staggered backwards from the force Mylachia put on him. He then slowly wrapped his arms around her, and hugged her tightly. They stayed in this position for at least a minute before Mylachia finally pulled away. Mylachia wiped a tear from her eye. “You’re okay.”

“Yeah, I’m fine.” He put his arm around her shoulder and sat down next to her in the booth she was previously in. Magdalena crossed her arms and scoffed. She followed Devyn and Mylachia and rolled her eyes in the process. She sat across the booth from Devyn and Mylachia.

“So...” Magdalena started. Mylachia and Devyn looked up at her to see what she had to say. She uncrossed her arms and put her hands on the table. “Exactly how long have you guys known each other?”

Mylachia answered. “Um...about...I don’t know...maybe, 7 years ago.” Mylachia thought about the information she had just given out. “Yeah, that sounds right. Cause that’s when—

“Your brother obtained the keyblade.” Magdalena finished off her sentence. Mylachia just looked up at Magdalena...shocked that she knew. Magdalena, noticing that she said too much, got up. “Um...I’m going to the bathroom. I’ll be right back.” Magdalena then placed her fingers on her right ear, as if she was trying to hold something in place. “Like I said,” she said as she turned towards Mylachia and Devyn. “I’ll be right back.” She then ran towards the back of the bar as quick as she could.

It was a couple of minutes before someone, in this case Devyn, spoke up. “I don’t like her...” He stated as took his arm away from Mylachia’s shoulder. Mylachia just looked at him, puzzled, wondering why he said that. She had to say something.

“Why? She helped me get here...” Mylachia started, but she was soon cut off by Devyn.

“She put her gunblade to my neck! I don’t know...I just don’t trust her.” Devyn then put his hands on his forehead, as if he was trying to put facts together. He waited a few more seconds before he spoke. “Something fishy is going on in there...”

“Well, if you’re so curious, why don’t you go check it out?” Mylachia replied with her arms crossed. She lightly tapped her fingers on her left arm.

Devyn just chuckled at her remark. “I would but...she’s a girl...and I’m a guy...see any difference? You go check it out!” Mylachia rolled her eyes and got out of the booth.

“Might as well...” She then walked towards the back of the bar where the bathroom was located.

Mylachia was just about to enter the bathroom when she heard talking. All she could hear was Magdalena, talking to...herself? Mylachia then barged through the door and Magdalena quickly turned around. Mylachia looked around the room, noticing no one.

“Um...who were you talking to?” Mylachia said as she walked up to the mirror. She quickly glanced at herself, to fix a few hairs. She then looked at Magdalena, whose face was in shock. “Well? Who were you talking to?” Mylachia then shoved Magdalena in the shoulder to get her attention.

“H-what?” Magdalena shook her head and looked at Mylachia, who looked back at her with concern. “Oh...I was just...” She thought before she finished her sentence. “Getting my thoughts straight.” Magdalena started to walk out the door but she felt a hand placed on her shoulder. She turned around to find Mylachia eye to eye with her.

“How did you know that my brother obtained the keyblade 7 years ago?” Mylachia asked while walking towards Magdalena. Magdalena walked backwards until her back hit the wall. Mylachia then turned around and started to walk the opposite way. She waited a while before she spoke again. “Well?”

Magdalena chuckled at how Mylachia was acting towards the one remark.

I hate it when she laughs like that!​

Magdalena let a big sigh then simply stated, “Like I said when we were fighting, I knew your brother. I met him a couple of hours after he obtained the keyblade. Well...” By this time Mylachia turned around so she can actually look at Magdalena when she talked. “I didn’t actually meet him at that time...I was sort of...eavesdropping from the next room. I didn’t finally talk to him until a couple of years ago actually...about 3...” Mylachia’s face turned beat red at those two last words. Her right hand turned into a firm fist.

“Strange...” Mylachia stated as she started to walk towards Magdalena. “My brother died 3 years ago...” Mylachia was looking straight in Magdalena’s eyes by the time she finished her sentence.

“Did he now? Oh, that’s right...the Squadron got him...”Magdalena moved over a couple of inches so that she was now standing in front of the door. She put her left hand on the handle, ready to leave at any second. Mylachia’s expression then turned into confusion.

“Squadron? Who...or can I say...what is that?” Mylachia asked as she saw Magdalena slowly turning the doorknob.

“Oh...just a group of chasers that are out to find their true hearts in Kingdom Hearts...and they are also set out to destroy the keyblade master...in other words you.” She stayed quiet for a minute so that Mylachia could grasp exactly what Magdalena was saying.

“So...wait..”

“Bye!” Magdalena then turned the doorknob and slipped out of the bathroom. Mylachia tried to keep the door open, but it slammed in her face. She put her head against the door and thought for a bit.

“That means that Sora, my brother...was...” A tear fell from her eye before she finished her sentence. She couldn’t believe that she actually found out some more information about her brother’s death. “...murdered?”
