My reactions to Final Destination 5 (spoiler free)

As we all know from watching the first movie it is the best of the 5. I've seen all 5 and the series started to get a little bad as more movies are being made.
Final Destination 1: Amazing
Final Destination 2: It was alright
Final Destination 3: It should have ended here because it was taking the wrong turn after this
Final Destination 4: It was horrible and the worst in the series
Final Destination 5: It was way better then the 4th but made the series a bit worst with a new way of getting out of Death's list that reminded me of Death Note for some reason (I wont say what it is to keep it spoiler free) but the movie makes it up to us with the big plot twist at the end. I do reconmend Final Destination to anyone that has seen all 4 movies.

The plot twist makes you want to pay more attention to the first movie which makes it a amazing installment. :guiltygearXpc37:

 

I just think that the series should have ended at 3. It just dragged on with 4, which was just gimmicky and unessecary. I haven't seen five yet, so I might change my mind.

Although, if this is the prequel to 1, why call it five? Because 4 screwed it up by being called The Final Destination.

To be honest, I think the series should have stopped at 1. I mean, why call it "Final" Destination when you release a sequels to it? Doesn't that just completely contradict with the meaning of Final?
Also, I think the series is completely pointless, I just don't understand how people can go and watch these movies for enjoyment. But that's just my opinion. These movies just seems to come off as SAW to me, as in it was good for a while but then it just got repetitive until it was finally down right pointless to put mostly innocent people through these death traps.

Most people watch them now is because of the blood and gore. Some watch them now in hope the series would get better but it fails to do so. As for the "Final" part of the title, do you think Final Fantasy should have ended at the first?

 

The name: It doesn't mean "Final" as in "last one." It's "Final Destination," not "Final Horror." Hell, they wouldn't even name the first one Final if they meant they weren't going to make a sequel to it. They're not using the same strategy to name it that Final Fantasy has.

I haven't seen this movie, though I want to.

 

My friend figured that the fourth one was the last one, since it was called "The Final Destination", emphasis on "The". But what do you mean? Does this come before the 1st movie?

 

Its pretty much a prequel. And yes laser eye surgery existed before the year 2000.
