Kingdom Hearts II My Nobody+Hearts theory

Ok this may sound dumb, but it makes scene to me.

I was thinking that they all have hearts, but since they are from the darkness there heart is sort of numb, and they need to be introduced to warm emotions like Love, friendship etc to be able to feel there hearts. I think this because Axel seemed to show more emotions the longer he was friends with Roxas. I think Roxas and Namine could already feel these things because they were created out of an act of love and friendship (when Sora sacrefised his heart for Kairi). I also think that evil emotions like hate anger etc make there hearts become more numb, like how when Axel felt betrayed by Roxas when Roxas pretended to know who Axel was, but really didn't. I think that is why Axel became numb and tried to kill Roxas that time. All the other members have only been introduced to these dark emotions, and that is why they were so evil.


so what dose everyone think?

Wow... that is a good theory. Its the only theory which works both in Kingdom hearts, and works in reality as well.

Please, explain your logic.

 

People who fill there hearts with cruelty, anger and hate usually become calloused to emotions.

People who surround themselves with friends and try to enjoy happiness, friendship, love ect. usually become nice people who embrace thier emotions.


Most of the Org members are that way because they believe "Anger and hate are supreme" (Xemnas) and as a result they are calloused to emotions.

Kairi and Sora on the otherhands, embrace the lighter side of life. So thier nobodies can feel emotion.

 

I don't think the theory stands ground so much, because Nobodies don't have hearts. Period. Nomura hasn't even stated or hinted otherwise. The emotions and that they can't feel is the only question that should be discussed, though in my opinion, Axel might have remembered how it felt like from his memories, coming from Saix's explanation (unless Axel was lonely and didnt have friends D=), and what he "feels" are just shadowed echoes, not real, but they're there in some way.

That's the way I see it, anyway.

Axel gained emotions... from embracing the lighter side of Roxas.

Axel seems more and more emotional as the game progresses. To the point where he is straigh up illogically emotional.

He betrays the Org, which is suicide. In an attempt to revive a traitor.

Impossible. Nobodies cannot be born with hearts if they are only born because their original entity lost their heart.

However, because Roxas had a heart that still had its consciousness as Sora, and was a living heart rather than one sleeping in darkness like the rest, he and those he felt a connection to had a closer tie into what feelings a real heart had. And, while Roxas alwas had this feeling, being born this way from the start, he does not feel as "nourished" (for want of a better word) by the feelings of his heart as other Nobodies would have. Meanwhile, Axel and Namine, who have no definate conscious hearts of their own, have a strong connection to Roxas and can feel Sora's heart, however faintly. And they "feed" off of these feelings and make up their own emotions from this.

That's my theory, anywhoser.

 

I think it's an interesting theory, but I don't think it's true. Nobodies are created when a strong Heartless dies...right? (again I'm newish to this so my grasp on this isn't completely total yet, please correct me if I'm wrong! :] ). And a Heartless...by definition...doesn't have a heart?

I do find it very difficult to imagine (and write) things that have no emotions whatsoever....and that everything they "feel" is simply something they imagine. I don't know. This whole Nobody-doesn't-have-a-heart-and-doesn't-ever-feel-anything thing confuses the heck out of me.

But you do have an interesting theory... it would be interesting to watch if it happened. It would make me happy, because it would help me sort out the whole I-can't-feel-anything Nobody I imagine. :)

 

No, nobodies are created when a strong heart is consumed by a heartless. His soul and body come back to life, making a nobody.

 

It sounds about right. A heart can go numb from being around "darkness" for a long while. I mean some people basically have no emotions when they're heart is numb.

 

I think Roxas has a heart because he has the keyblade and Namine has a heart because she was part of the princess of heart...
as for Axel , i think he had feelings because when Roxas was near they sorta shared a heart :\

 

This is my theory:

Heartless, ironicly, are the ones with the hearts. I think that a nobody by itself doesn't have a heart, but it has a connection to it's somebody's heart, which is now inside a heartless. When Sora (or another keyblade master) kills a heartless, the heart rises up to Kingdom Hearts. If the Organization had succeeded, the hearts in Kingdom Hearts would have joined with the nobodies to make whole and comeplete beings.

So, if a nobody chooses to have warm feelings, their connection to their heart gets stronger. If they have cold and dark feelings, it gets weaker. Which is why some of the more evil ones (Saix and Xemnas) seemed emotionless, when the ones who didn't really want to hurt anyone (Axel, Demyx, and Roxas) seemed to have feelings. Remember when Demyx said "Oh we do too have hearts. Don't be mad!"? I think he really meant it!​
