My new headphones arrived this morning.

The sound is oh so delicious when I play something on my computer.

But when I play something on my ipod touch...



Disappointment doesn't even begin to describe it. ;__;

My stupid ones snapped in half one horrible night, I don't know what happened, but I blame the kitten.

 

Apparently the kids like those Turtle Beaches or whatever for their videos and their gamings.

I don't have the wallet for that stuff though, so for music and videos and stuff I use Vimeo earbuds. Got them for like 60% off ($25?)

 

My Beats don't work on my ipod, and my Skullcandies don't work on my phone. So weird.

 

My headphones work for everything yaaaaaay :>

I understand they're DJ style headphones but damn, the sound is awesome, and I heard they were great for the ipod, but the sound is distant on it. >: Might be the format though or it just hates ipod. Either way, if you're thinking of using it for gaming/PC and don't mind paying 50 quid then I'd highly recommend the MDR-V55.

Its always the cat, isn't it? Maybe you sat on them, or unknowingly said something mean to your girlfriend (Cause that's what guys do) and unleashed the female wrath all men should know to fear.

Earbuds hurt my ears so I wanted over-ear headphones instead that weren't ridiculously huge. I was willing to splash out a wee bit for the sound and stuff. Usually I would never pay over 30 quid for a pair of headphones.

What's the conversion if you know for Quid to the American dollar? I'm guessing a Quid is worth more, at least 1.5x the value.

Yeah, that's what I was about to say. Some headphones, e.g. handsfree kits for mobiles have a weird way of connecting to devices due to their length. But there are always work-arounds to listen properly to music on any device.

 

I've experienced this in the past but I love these headphones so I was determined to get them to work. Long story short, I had a massive lint farm in my headphones jack, so I fished it out with some sellotape and now they work a treat. Which is strange cause other headphones worked fine with my ipod but these and my other sony headphones didn't. Oh well, at least they work now. =D

 

Nice... never look into a problem you just fixed. That's a main rule!

 

I can never decide between over-ear headphones and earbuds. D: Earbuds can be uncomfortable and the sound isn't usually as good as over-ear, but the over-ear ones hurt if you've been wearing them for a while.

Then again, only thing I use my iPod for is to hook up to my car stereo so it doesn't really matter.

 

kjfdhgkj my mom got me some really nice Bose earbuds for my birthday a couple years ago and I loved them so much but a week or so ago they vanished! They were sitting on my nightstand and then a day later, gone without a trace. I've no idea where they went, I must have moved them but I have looked everywhere and jshgkjh the only alternative I have are the ones that came with my iPhone which I am 99% sure Apple designed without ever taking into consideration that a living thing might use them

I like the style of good-looking over-ears and the really great sound, but they're so counter-portable. My earbuds have great sound, can be shared with another person, and I can just put them in my little pocket pouch when I'm not using them. It's awesome.
