In general, the colors all look like they work together. The text looks really nice, though try adding a back-lit glow to brighten it up a bit in the midst of all the darker colors. Also, try smudging around the organization member to blend it into the background better. Add in some effects around and in front of him so that he looks like he wasn't just copy and pasted into the tag. Overall it's nice, just it looks like there could definitely be parts to be added in. :3
For one, Organization is spelled wrong. I like the background but it looks like you just slapped the render on it and called it a sig. You need to try to blend it more.
The background is very cool. You did spell organization wrong, though. I love how you put the guy in the coat next to the name. ^.^
I like the background, but the render doesn't blend well. Ithe text is also good. I would say work on making the render look like a part of the sig, not just somehting thrown on top. The backgound looks like it would work nicely by it's self or just with some text.
The background is cool, i like the use of the colours and the blues, white and black. However, the writing is slightly too small to see :( And the render doesn't really fit, because a white outline is there. Hope this helps.
