My friend was shot yesterday

Yesterday, my 14 year old friend was shot by his younger brother. He was shot in his upper arm, with an exit wound on the backside, and he was also shot in the bottom right part of his back, right at his side.

His brother accidentally dropped the gun and it set off two times hitting my friend

He has been sent to Florida to live with his dad now for a while

 

oh gosh. I hope he's alright.

why wasn't the safety on...or why did he have the gun.

he told me that the gun was his grandmothers and i don't know why it wasn't on the saftey.

it was a pistol, thats all i know about the gun

 

oh. Did the second bullet have an exit wound?

 

Well if it was a 6 shot pistol then I'm not surprised it didn't have a safety on it, but it is still sad that this had to happen.

 

Seriously people need to learn how to hide their guns, unless they're deliberately trying to let their kids have an "accident"....say was that gun in the cookie jar? Also he should've tried to punch the bullet in it's nose. My friend DJ who lives next door was once on the set of Eraser with Arnold Schwarzenegger and saw Arnold watching a family movie of his 3 month old nephew punching away the bullets from a drive by intended for his uncle who consequently happened to be a snitch for the mob and was currently under the witness protection program...I think his fake name is Jimmy Vandamusprime...I hope the mob isn't watching this.

 

No..I think they had to remove it, because it was right there in sight.

He had both wounds bandaged so I couldn't see them (thank god)

I've never been shot. I feel so deprived.

How old is your friend's brother? I can't believe he'd have access to a gun, especially since he's younger than 14. I haven't even seen a gun irl in over ten years, and I only saw one back then because my granda used to keep one (not loaded) for his... gun club thing.

Wow that's extremely embarrassing. I mean for the 7th grader. Shot his own brother because he didn't know how to NOT drop a gun.
