Season 1 is pretty okay. I haven't seen it in a while though Season 2 is a bit better. The problem with both of these seasons is that it's trying to do too much with each season. The ghosts are really cool, but they went nowhere with the Antichrist plotline, and the same can be said with them trying to put aliens in insane asylum-type horror. Season 3 is the best in my opinion. They really found their footing with the storytelling and created a very fun mythology.
I watched season one only because my boyfriend and his friend would sit down together to watch it every time it was on and I didn't have much choice. [[ The same reason I got into TWD to be honest. ]] Started season two on my own, only got like 5 episodes in. Wasn't really feeling it anymore. Never watched season three.
Loved season 1 for reasons, then season 2 came out and I loved it at first, but towards the end I had some very mixed feeling about it. Season 2 was also way too grotesque for my taste. I watched a lot of the show on my various train rides last year, and one of the episodes made me feel completely sick while on the train. It was pretty awful. I felt bad for all the kids sitting around me too, so I switched over to the much milder Dexter.
I really enjoyed both seasons 1 and 2, though I think I prefer the first season a bit more. Reminded me a little of Silent Hill 2, and I really got to like the characters. It felt like a little too much was going on in season 2, with a few plot points that interested me just being kinda dropped or ended in unsatisfying ways. Haven't started season 3 yet.
So far i'm really loving it , i'm already nearly finished with season 1 I'm looking forward to season 2.
Season 1 was really great and I was actually able to watch the entire thing without wanting to get sick. Season 2 was okay, but some of the stuff that happened just really pissed me off and I was confused why half of it was even in the show. And then season 3 was disgusting and I pretty much hated every single episode and the season finale pretty much had me convinced that I would never watch this show again but then I found out it was carnival themed and ugh, I want to watch it but I can't stand half the stuff that goes on in this show.
