Hey, that's pretty good for a first time. A lot better than what I could do. I actually like how jumbled it kinda looks. The text is a little hard to read, but other than that, well done.
This is lovely Heart! I do like the colors, they work well with each other. The left side looks beautiful, the colors work well and it is good for eye flow. The right looks a tad congested, and seems to be a lot of visual opposition in terms of the direction of things. The text is hard to read, but it is legible. I would suggest using a color that stands out, yet works with the background, or outlining the words. Over all, this was a great first turn out, keep it up and great job!
Come on, it's better than you give yourself credit for. You managed to make it look good with Christmas-ish colors and the only thing I think you need work on is text placement. Otherwise though, good job. It's a lot better than my first tag anyway~

better than me (at my first time) it is nice not at all bad, with maybe some effects and details added, that could be lovely, i recommend GIMP
It's pretty good for a first attempt. The colours are really nice and work well together, also I see you share Misty's love for circles :P Like Gabr said, some effects might help it along and make it more interesting. Great job!
This is rather adorable it must be said <3333 Jumping on the bandwagon,I have to mention that I love both the colours and the circles. Prettyful. But as whoever it was pointed out,the text is a bit small and hard to read or something. But overall dear,great work. And when you consider the fact that its your first sig...amazing work <3
