Not bad for a beginner. You could do with some more actions too. It's all time Lawlz. I've seen Sephiroth sprites somewhere. I don't remember. Try typing in "Sephroth sprites" on google or something. Your bound to find something.

You should really follow up to what HisNobody said and add some sort of funny text. Now THAT would be cool. (;

 

If you wanted to make the animation's background the same as the forum, you can easliy just make the background transparent.

Kinda funny how Cloud is ALOT taller than Sora. xD But good job.
