    ShinRa Company is directly responsible for Sephiroth and the WEAPONS you fight in the game. Arguably, Rufus was a child at the time but he inherited the company from his father. Until his near death and infection with geostigma, he is a tyrant. There is no police force in Midgar, there is no governing body. There is only ShinRa.

    They're not necessarily 'main' but they are still important to the overall plot.

    IV, Crisis Core, Dirge of Cerberus, X, and X-2

    I'm doing my best though, since I love all teh characters I do know. Some more than others, but yeah.

    @LF- I wouldn't really know, I haven't finished VII. Only Crisis Core and Dirge of Cerberus.

    Agreed. Those were the weakest I finished. I rather liked DoC because Vincent's awesome.
