I like it....it blends....theres only one thing wrong with it.....it has too much space...needa fill that up!

 

There's... Potential. O.O

First of all, make the render above the background a bit. If you just look quickly, it will just look like a colorful jumble.

Just realized this: It looks like you have a grunge background behind all that. Get rid of all that color, then let me see it. It'll be easier.

Another thing I'm not loving is the size. I usually make mine 400x125, but I know another popular one is 400x150.

Also, the text needs a LOT of work. Add a border while you're at it.

If you keep it sort of like this, i can see why a border would make it much better.
Also, I would place the render less on the egde. The multitude of other renders don't look like Rikku at first, so it doesn't make a good effect, however I like the background and the colours.
