Digital Art My attempted Marluxia sig

This is my attempt at making a signature. It was inspired by something else I saw. I used photoshop. Tell me what you think. Feel free to be honest... I know the quality is not that great.

I find the text under "Betrayal" too blurry..​

 

I say you did a good job on the pattern on the side. I'm not a expert, but can i give some suggestions? Sharpen the "Betrayal" text. The bottoms of some of the letters seem to be white and makes it hard to make the bottoms out. I can still make the words out, though. Make Marluxia stand out sort of more in the image maybe and not just stand out. Maybe include more of his weapon in the image so I'm not left with the feeling that something is left out.

All in all, I say it's a job well done.

 

I kinda made the words at the bottom illegible on purpose to obtain a certain effect, but I guess it just turned out kinda weird. Your not supposed to look at it that hard lol. Squint you eyes lol >< it looks better that way.:stupid:

 

Sharpen the text. Add something to the right side, next to Marluxia. Maybe make the colors on Marluxia more contrasted, and do to your username. Looks good aside from that.

 

Let me guess...Do the words under "betrayal" say "to be betrayed?"

 

Ya I just put something stupid under there cause I wanted it to be small enough where you couldn't read.

 

Try to ease up on the shadows. Maybe also add some light to this thing as well.

 

It is excessively plain. but in a good way. i like it 4/5. i would give you more, mut it doesn't seem like you put much effort in it.
try changing the contrast of marluxia too. add a little darkness to him...

 

yes and alsome try adding in a little bit of a color effect also :D

I like it, it looks quite good. But maybe sharpen the text, else it's just too blurry, only sharpen it a little though, and also next to Marluxia that side is a little plain, maybe the curves you put on the other side, put on that side aswell, to give a more bordery effect, or you could just do something random. But overall, it's a good piece, and it's just tiny details that should be fixed. =]
