MWhat did you do for you mom for Mothers Day?

I Brought my mother perfume, a ring that have mine and my mother birthstone.
My brother brought her a dimond neckless, shaped as a boy...

I got her a good book. My mom and I have a lot of the same interests, so it's easy for me to find a gift for her. Unfortunately for my dad, his shopping skills aren't up to snuff, so he left it til the day before Mothers' Day to get her something. xD That's guys for you.

 

Yesterday I went shopping with my dad to get her 3 scented candle things. Knowing that I'm sensitive to smells, we got Vanilla Lime, Fruity Watermelon (lol), and Mint Chocolate. Unfortunately, my mom is working today so we don't get dinner until around 8 PM. D:

 

I made my mum a card and got her a giftcard. Simple but effective.

 

I got my mom some perfume. :)

 

I went out to eat with my mom and got her some flowers! (I cant beleive how expensive flowers are! >.>)

 

We're just going to go out and eat.I couldn't really buy something for my mom.Money is pretty tight right now.But I feel bad right now.

 

I made my mom a card and put a poem that I wrote for her in it as well as a drawing of a floer that I drew for her... Yeah, I'm extremely cheap... >< I tried to cross stitch something for her, but I ran out of time and couldn't finish it :(

 

I did the best I could, considering what little money I had left. I tried to keep her happy, did every household chore and bought her that new Madonna CD.

I just hope I can top that for her birthday in 2 weeks <:P

My sis and I bought her some flowers and a Mickey Mouse card(she's a fan). And then we watched Alvin and the Chipmunks and pigged out on chocolate.

Lots and lots chocolate :3

EDIT: Then we spent quality time working on my solar system project together.

 

Drew a picture of an angel and a wolf. I picked angel because it's very motherly and a wolf because I feel they're very guardian like, and my fave animal. It also has the quotwe "Mother is god in the eyes of her children" in the corner from The Crow.

 

I took my mom out for dinner.

 

3 sets of earrings.

And she loved them.
