You are in a cylindrical tube, with no way out. A tube is lodged deep in your throat. I mash up chocolate cake until it is soft and squishy. You love cake. I push chocolate cake through the tube. It is a means of feeding you. I feed you cake all day every day, and soon you are full. Soon you need the potty. But there is no way out, it's a closed tube. I don't stop feeding you. Smelly piss streams down your legs. Your stomach and intestines are over stretched, and even the slightest of movements causes waves of pain. You're grateful that you are containted to a tube and thus, cannot move. You don't like cake anymore.
