MSN isn't working.

    Yeah, every time I click the shortcut, it says "The parameter is incorrect". I tried re-downloading it, but it's not working. Help.

    Then maybe the parameter is incorrect ;) You mean the shortcut in the desktop? Then try opening it from the installation folder.

    But it doesn't even have the program it's self in the folder. Just a bunch of applications for the program.

    I think I clean install would solve the problem. Just uninstall the program (if you have any registry cleaner use it to clean leftovers) and install it again. That's what I suggest while I'm looking for a better solution. I think the problem is with the shortcut, but I'm not sure. What version are you using?
