I tried MS Paint.
No I don't have a tablet... yet x]
I don't use the mouse either, I use a laptop. So yush, I know:
Failure. :]

 

Very well done for MS Paint. It's not bad, good design. It does need more pattern in the background though.

Looks great, but save it as a PNG next time. MS Paint kills the image when you save it as JPG.
