Most Overrated games?

It was over rated where I live. Posters and everything.

 

Halo3
World of Warcraft...
and yeah...

 

All of the Halo games really people where I live think it's the game series of the Gods, and yet they are so Fing stupid.

 

They gameplay is good (albeit flawed in some aspects), the online is great, and the books are actually quite good (since they don't want to be like MGS and have hour long cutscenes to explain the story). Learn the difference between bad and overrated.

 

Halo also doesn't have a complicated story to require an hour long cutscene. In Halo all you need to know is that you're Master Chief and you gotta shoot some aliens. At least MGS has an actual plot.

The Halo books are better plot-wise than the games, but that's mainly because it's a book. Now that I think about it I still haven't read the latest one. brb buying it.

 

Final Fantasy X. After watching the laughing scene and the kissing scene, I was apalled that this gets a higher rating than anything KH on Gamespot. The turn-based combat is terribly dated.

 

I do to know bad from overrated but I just don't care for Halo so don't you go telling me whats bad and whats not.

 

Learn grammar before you tell me off. I'm simply stating the facts. If Halo is so bad a game as you say it is, why do millions of people play it to this day, and why does it garner such high scores from just about every major gaming media source? Opinions are opinions, but yours seems very loose and based on no facts but what you say you know.

 

My god do not judge my grammer I SAID I DON'T LIKE HALO I do not care for it so stop talking to me about it I don't care if you like it or think it's good but I just don't care for it, end of story.

Seriously, they had Maroon 5 for an encore. most of the songs nobody's ever heard of, and it gives you hand cramps.
oh, and the audio quality sucks
it was only the first one that was rubbish. Decades was okay. and Modern Hits has Coldplay so it should be good, but I don't have it yet

FF XII - Found it incredibly borin'.

 

Overrated doesn't mean it's a bad game. I think the Zelda series is great, but it is terribly overrated.

 

I think you're right. The probable main reason why Final Fantasy VII was so popular is because Cloud and Sephiroth -_-'

 

Hmmm... Probably Ratchet Gladiator.
I loved the previous 3, they were amazing. But Gladiator wasn't that good. Maybe because you can't travel to different places, who knows.
Even though my brother is in love with it, I detest it, and always will. XD

It wasn't really well received, I couldn't see it as overrated.

Well, you can travel to different places, but not like the way you can in the previous ones.
And I myself feel that it's overrated. I've heard from many people that they think it's amazing, while I think that it isn't as brilliant as the otherones IMO. xD
