"UNfornutatly, that doesn't come with the Fiachra package. I've already said sorry and thank you - two things that I pratically never say." Fiachra pulled him up and held onto his wrist. She flew up above him. "Now you can't collaspe on me again."

 

Gendran scoffed, looking up at her.

"You're right. Now I just have to worry about my fear of heights. Let's go."

The man pointed towards the door. His face was still pail and flushed.

 

Fiachra flew through the door, half dragging, half carrying him down the hallway. She got to a fork in the hallway. "Which way?"

 

Gendran licked his lips, grinning.

"Down."

At that word, he stomped on one of the large porclein tiles that covered the floor. It pulled back to reveal a dark stairwell.

 

Fiachra smirked. "get ready for a drop then!" She brought in her metalic wings and they dropped through the hole. Gaining speed by the second.

 

Back in his early days, Gendran would have been screaming like a girl from the sheer burn of the air zipping past his face. However, those days were behind him. Training taught him to hunt for and love the adrenaline rush. It was what he'd live for if it wasn't for his goal.

 

Fiachra snapped her wings open again, just before they hit the floor. She laughed. "I haven't done that in AGES! Not since that persona likes to come out halfway through it."

 

Gendran laughed until he coughed.

"Yeah yeah. I've never been skylifted where my skin got cut open by super sonic wind. Needless to say I'm impressed."

 

Fiachra smiled. "Thank you." She flew down the passageway, happier then usual. Maybe it was just that her persona was going to be taken out?

 

Down the hall way a was stood a padded steel table. There were four leather shackles and five scientists in biohazard gear hovered around it. They all looked at Firchra and her escort through their emotionless gasmasks.

 

Fiachra landed next in front of Gendran. "Well. Is this it? Cause the 'Are you my mummy?' guys are looking kinda freaky." She had a bad feeling about this now. Cold feet? A mocking voice came from her head. Thats right. Its me, the persona, Blood Raven. Aren't you happy to get rid of me?

 

The tallest of the scientists stepped forward, a red halo branded on the back of his left glove.

"K794. How dare you bring it down here unguarded. Further more....are, are you bleeding? You actually let her bite you. I don't believe this. They said you were intelligent, competent. Looks like they were wrong."

 

Fiachra frowned. "It?! I'M NOT A FREAKING IT!!!" She crossed her arms and stepped inbetween Gendran and the scientist. "Listen, Smartarse. I'm practically the ONLY Dark Angel, bar Lucifer, how can control herself from the smell of blood. If Gendran had gone and got a different Angel, he would be dead and you would be on the floor, being ripped apart." She glared at him. Yes, yes. Make the scientist angry. Smart move Blood Raven! The persona's mocking voice came.

 

The walls slide back. Ten guards armed with kevlar and strange manacles piled out into the room. They stood passively, but their very presence was un nerving.

"Hold you tongue creature." Said the scientist.

"You want that abomination gone, don't you?"

 

Fiachra looked around at the guards. "Shit." She stayed still, watching the guards ready to attack someone. Looks like you've got yourself into a pickle. Let me help. The persona said. Fiachra's eyes widened. "Wait NO!" Her body started to glow brightly.

 

Gently but firmly, Gendran gripped Firchra's shoulder, praying that she'd calm down. She'd get her chance to kill them later, but not on the first day. Progress had to be made first. They had to make sure they made her invaluable.

 

Fiachra looked back at Gendran with fear in her eyes. This wasn't her doing. Her face changed, growing cat ears and shorter hair. The body stayed the same, not going childish like before. The glowing stopped as Fiachra looked up. "I believe The Blood Raven is here to get rid of me and for your testings. Correct?" She put her hand on her hip.

 

The scientist stepped back. Confused, he tried to put into context what the girl has just said.

"Um, what, huh? Explain yourself child, now."

 

Fiachra looked at her nails. "As you can see, I'm not the real Fiachra. Master Lucifer developed and created me, then attaching me to The Blood raven's soul. That locked away her real human form. Fiachra HATES me and would do anything to rip me away again. So she agreed to this. True, shes different then the suck-to-kill, go-mad-at-blood Dark Angels. Shes like Lucifer. Able to control herself." She looked back at the confused scienctist. "As long as she goes along with this, you will rip me away from her soul, giving her freedom and human form back."

 

The guards made a half circle around Firchra, sheilding the scientists from her. In unison they all passed their hands over the manacles. The device whirred and glowed a neon blue. The material flowed up their arms and into their eyes, glowing through their skin. It was game over if anything happened now.
