Zack stopped, "nope, no hello, and why do you need to know where I got these from, its none of your business" he glanced back at Envy and smirked and began to walk away again.

 

Turning his back, the man walked down one of the sharp, narrow hallways.

"If you want to know more, we'll discuss it in your room. We don't have much time."

 

"You sound pretty defensive.... prick." Envy mumbled before stopping and turning to go another direction. And here he thought that guy was actually nice...but he has only known him for less than two days.

 

Zack stopped and nodded and spun around, "yea, I suppose it was defencive, sorry" he said as he scratched the back of his head with his hand. Zack noticed how cold outside it was.

 

Fiachra frowned and followed after Gendran. Not much time? What is he talking about?! Her stomach growled, asking for her to just suck someone's blood- SOON.

 

The white washed walls echoed with the pairs footsteps. The world outside with all it's strife seemed not existant in this world. Finally, they came upone a room numbered 000.

"Welcome to your new home."

 

"May I add my old home was a tree? Or a random abandoned building." Fiachra put in. She looked at the door. "Another open sesame?"

 

Laughing softly, the man simply tapped on the door, letting is slide away.

"No, no open sesame. Just open. Please, take a look around. We'll do our bet to have your stay be as comfortable as we can make it."

 

Fiachra walked in, looking around the room. "You sounded like someone who works for a hotel." True, it did look WAY better then her past homes.

 

Gendran smiled at the remark, following her in.

"Well you see this kind of is a hotel, a very expensive one at that. You see, it's so expensive, we charge something far more important that money. I think you can understand how worthless such a thing money is in this world."

 

Fiachra nodded. "Considering that, I don't need it. I really don't have to buy my food." She sat on one of the sofas in the room and looked at Gendran. "And whats more important that you're charging?" Fiachra asked.

 

"Well I can't say it to you just yet. You might misunderstand me when I say it."

Quickly, Gendran sat down on the fresh, fluffed bed.

 

Fiachra looked at where Gendran was and shook her head. "Theres no freaking way I'm doing that! No way!" Doing that with him was the last thing on her mind.

 

Pointing at the girl. The man's red stained face filled with conviction.

"See? See! That's exactly what I'm talking about! You took what I said out of context. In reality it is what I didn't say, but that doesn't change anything."

 

Fiachra frowned. "Fine. But you would think the same thing if you were in my persition....." She sighed. "....Sorry...." Fiachra said the one thing that she would never say.

 

Sighing, he put his hands up in surrender.

"I admit I was going to say we needed your body, but I meant that only in a scientific light. You see, our organization is to try and develop a cure or at the very least a vaccine for Fallen syndrome."

 

Fiachra blinked. "And you want me to go through with this, why? I really don't want to be stuck in a test tube while sciencetist prod and poke me!"

 

Hopping off the bed, Gendran stared into Fircha's eyes.

"First off, there is nothing wrong with a test tube. To answer your question, you'll want to simply because of your desire to get rid of that thing inside you. Then again, if you want to keep being a pseudo vampire then be my guest. You are my guest by the way."

 

Fiachra frowned. "Fine. I'll do it as long as you get rid of that freakin persona Lucifer gave me!" She hated that persona as strongly as she hated Lucifer.

 

"Good, but please rest first, tommorow is gonna be very rough."

On that note, Gendran left the room and closed the door behind him. After the hearing the click of the door, the man collapsed on the ground, exhausted. The first step was finally complete. Soon, he would be respected as an individual, not an un expected mistake.
