More than 1 account?

I was looking through the member lists & saw that there was loads of people who have never posted & are on a "distinguished road". So i thought perhaps some people have created more than 1 account referring them to their main account in order to boast their rep.
Call me crazy but it is just a thought.
I know it has been brought up before but perhaps those accounts that have never posted should be deleted?

 

Getting referrals does not increase your rep though.

 

i mean they get their other account & put some on it. (well one i dunno)
but people who have "are on a distinguished road" but have never posted, how do they get that?

 

On a distinguished road is the level you start on. You can either increase or decrease.
