Implemented More color options (gradients) for text

Personally, this isn't something that I feel requires a whole lot of attention, especially if there's more important things to deal with, and considering there is really only one place I can see this making much of a difference.

But gradient color BBcodes would be nice.

I looked into preparing the code, myself, having limited VB experience, but it looks like XF requires you to magic in all of the custom BBCodes without that nifty tool ( unless you've installed this, and it is what I think it is ) and I can't be assed to brush up that much on what little I know of html/css/java.

I've got a friend who's willing to let me play around with his XF site, so I might come back in a day or so with a quick how-to if the idea is well liked but too much effort to deal with.

it wouldn't be difficult for me to write up the BBCode for this. I've got a lot of other stuff occupying my time at the moment, but I can play around. I'm familiar with XF's bbcode system so there's no need to teach yourself (unless you do this stuff as recreationally I guess? ha).

I will mention that XF 1.2, when we do update, will have more color options (& a better way of presenting them).
( I know I keep saying that, I swear we'll update soon! Just a lot of stuff to prepare beforehand, it'll be pretty sweet. )

 

No worries, like I said, it's not a big deal, it'd just be one less window Shy would have to have open when he posts.

He's a friend and he wants some help with skinning, so I'll probably just brush up on everything else as well.

(I'm definitely looking forward to the draft saving in the update)

 

No gradients (yet), but there have been colors ala 1.2 update.
